Domus Mario is a welcoming apartment on the first floor of a house in a quiet residential area of Sant’Antioco, perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday and a chance to explore the region. With generous indoor spaces, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.
The apartment features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals. For your comfort, there is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, a fan, TV, and a washing machine. Families with children will also find a cot and high chair available.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a pleasant private garden—perfect for unwinding outdoors after a day at the beach or exploring the Sulcis area. One small pet is allowed.
The property’s location is one of its main strengths. While set in a peaceful and private setting, the center of Sant’Antioco is easily reached by car in a few minutes or with a pleasant walk. Here you’ll find all main services, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and venues where you can taste local cuisine. Free public parking is available right in front of the house.
