The house is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. It has a large garden with different seating areas and a small pool, which is very nice when it is really warm. It needs a little TLC here and there, but the owners are working on that. Not every renter takes good care of the equipment and furniture unfortunately. It is at a quit location, near the village. In the village is not much to do, there are a couple of restaurants. It is a great location to visit the south west of the island. Cagliari is a one hour drive and there are amazing beaches nearby. The owners Daria and Stefano are very nice and helpful. The boiler was broken Daria replied to my texts immediately and the technician was send to fix it. She also had great tips for the area. We really appreciated that. We had a wonderful week!

We had a lovely holiday at this property. The positives were the pool / lovely garden with sun and shade, that while you are secluded/private you can walk to shops/bars within 5 mintues, the aircon in the bedroom, that it was clean and tidy and the proximity to San Antioco and Iglesias.We feel we should mention that we asked before leaving UK how we would enter the property. Thinking we would meet the hosts on arrival we arrived 3pm but only received the key code an hour and half later by message on the vrbo website. We never saw the hosts throughout the stay. Not a problem but we were surprised to receive a request for an additional payment of Euro 20 the day before we left for bed linen which was not changed during the 2 week stay. This is not mentioned when booking as an extra.

It's basically as described, we had some good time there. Nothing negative besides the power suddenly going out once, which was due to an overload, which could be fixed by turning the safety switch back on (which however was located quite a bit away from the property near the street; the property has about 100 meters of private road leading to it). Bringing out the trash is a bit of a burden because it must be carried to the street as well.
The pool was very enjoyable, the A/C worked well, and the property has more than enough space. Good BBQ, too. Showers were a little unsteady with temperatures, but did the job nevertheless.
Communication with the host was very nice and easy, so that is a definitive plus.
