About this apartment rental
The attic, recently renovated, is located on the seafront of Portoscuso just across the harbour. In addition to 2 beautiful terraces, it has one large living room, one kitchen, one bathroom and two spacious bedrooms, for a total of 90 square meters.
For its strategic position, right in front of the islands of Sant’Antioco and San Pietro, Portoscuso is the perfect base to experience the charm of an untouched area of Southern Sardinia, still unknown to mass tourism. Sulcis Iglesiente is a region still ruled by powerful and savage nature, featuring wind-moulded beaches, high cliffs and a crystal-clear sea, and also important archaeological and mining sites: perfect for a relaxing holiday during all seasons.
Gas heater is an extra and costs 4 Euro per cube meter
In case of late check in after 8 pm, an extra cost of 10 Euro will be charged

Really pleasant and spacious first floor apartment above a B&B accommodation. Property Manager met us on arrival and owner lived on ground floor. Two balconies that overlooked the harbour and a short walk to restaurants and town centre where lots going on (music festival from 21st to 28th June which was brilliant with different types of music every night and all free). Beaches close to hand and good location to explore other parts of Sardinia.

It was an amazing stay. The apartment is professionally arranged. we also got the first day a free breakfast downstairs at B&B. It has two beautiful light badrooms, the city is cute, the owner kindly explained us a lot of travel possibilities from this location and was really friendly and professional. Me and my boyfriend really loved the stay!

we loved the apartment-it was so spacious and clean and the views of the harbour from the house and the 2 balconies were amazing.we loved watching the spectacular sunsets every evening.this was the best apartment we have aver stayed in,

We have been there in Mai. We found a great apartment. It has been verry nice, clean and had a nice view over the harbour. The two terraces gives you the possibility to sit either in the sun or in the shadow. The lady who has been in charge has been verry friendly. The sorroundings are in our opinium sometimes even spectacular. Especailly the way to Porto Flavia. Theré you will find some views which are just amazingly . We can highly recommand the Flat. Everthing is just perfect.
