About this house rental
Terraced house with large garden in a private avenue on the sea side, just 525 meters from the beach of Santa Margherita di Pula.
The interiors consist of: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, living area with table, chairs, armchairs and sofa. Sleeping area: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, another double bedroom in an intimate attic with adjoining bathroom.
Outside, veranda with wooden pergola and large fully fenced garden in the shade of pine trees. The outdoor spaces are furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, single outdoor shower. Ample parking inside the property. The avenue that leads to the sea can be traveled on foot or by car as there is ample free parking near the beach, however we recommend the car if there are very young or elderly children among the guests because of a steep path, an accentuated climb.
The house is terraced head close to the state, please check the map because they may hear noises.
At about 600 meters from the house there is a shopping center with supermarket, butchers, fishmonger, newspaper-tobacconist, pizzeria restaurant and ice cream shop, parking. The inhabited center of Pula is about 12 minutes away, the Bay of Chia with its equally beautiful beaches is about 8 minutes away.

Es waren sehr erholsame Ferien. Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr schöner Strand und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht.
Von hier aus kommt man schnell zu den schönsten Stränden: China, Tueredda, Cala Cipolla... Die Vermieter sind sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Geschlossene Anlage mit Elektrotor per Fernbedienung und Code, Parkplatz am Haus! In ca. 15 min. ist man in Pula, ein sehr schönes Dörfchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants Bars
Einziger Minuspunkt, die Nähe zur Hauptstraße (der Verkehr morgens und abends schon ziemlich laut).
Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert...gerne wieder.

L'accueil et la maison sont très bien. Tout est bien mais la maison est un peu trop proche de la route nation alentours 195 qui est très circulée. Les photos sur le site ne montrent pas cet aspect. Les photos des plages sont celles qui sont à 3-4 kilomètres et vraiment exceptionnelles mais pas celle à 500 mètres qui est bien mais plus habituelle.
La gentillesse du propriétaire est toute fois à remarquer.
Au final lieu qui a le seul défaut de se trouver à 30 mètres de la nationale 195. Sinon pour le reste c'est très bien.
