About this house rental
Terraced house with large garden in a private avenue on the sea side, just 525 meters from the beach of Santa Margherita di Pula.
The interiors consist of: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, living area with table, chairs, armchairs and sofa. Sleeping area: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, another double bedroom in an intimate attic with adjoining bathroom.
Outside, veranda with wooden pergola and large fully fenced garden in the shade of pine trees. The outdoor spaces are furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, single outdoor shower. Ample parking inside the property. The avenue that leads to the sea can be traveled on foot or by car as there is ample free parking near the beach, however we recommend the car if there are very young or elderly children among the guests because of a steep path, an accentuated climb.
The house is terraced head close to the state, please check the map because they may hear noises.
At about 600 meters from the house there is a shopping center with supermarket, butchers, fishmonger, newspaper-tobacconist, pizzeria restaurant and ice cream shop, parking. The inhabited center of Pula is about 12 minutes away, the Bay of Chia with its equally beautiful beaches is about 8 minutes away.

we enjoyed our stay so much. Not only that the sea is nearby and beautiful, Antonello made our stay unforgettable as well. He's a very polite and courteous host.
The only detail that should be mentioned is the street nearby and the noise coming from the traffic there. It's not really bad but you can hear the cars especially when going to sleep. That's the only reason the lower rating on the location. The house itself is super nice.
Otherwise everything was perfect.

Stayed for a wonderful week in Sept 2018.
Even before arriving we had great communication with Antonello (the owner). He is a generous and helpful host.
Facilities are great and the house is very clean.
The beach is only a short distance away and is as good as the photo shows.
The location close to the SS195 road is easy to find from the Airport and to travel to other areas of SW Sardinia.
We recommend this property and may well return.
