About this house rental
At km 38.7 of the SS195 is Calaverde, an elegant private village nestled in a splendid pine forest of Mediterranean scrub with tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, diving center and of course a beautiful beach where there is, for those who love comfort, an enchanting beach resort on a human scale, a kiosk-bar with rental of sunbeds and umbrellas.
The house is a small and bright terraced house of 44 square meters built on two floors.
A ground floor with living room, sofa bed and American kitchen. A first attic floor with double bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a veranda overlooking the garden where you can eat comfortably.
The context is very quiet and the beach can be reached on foot (150 meters), allowing you to leave your car in a private parking lot.
Prices include water, electricity and gas plus bed linen and towels for the bathroom.

-The WiFi hotspot is located at the entrance of the village.

I fell in love with the house when I first saw its pictures. In reality it looks exactly like on them. I spent in the house 12 lovely days of Septembre in complete peace and harmony with nature. The village is beautuful and quiet. The beach is 3 min walk from the house, it's extremely picturesque and comfortable for swimming and sunbathing. I took the beach umbrella from the house to feel free to choose the place where I want to stay on the beach. It's convenient that the supermarket (Market La Cantoniera) is 5 minutes walk and can provide almost everything you need. I didn't have a car but I really didn't want to go anywhere else because for my it was the paradise. I cooked for myself and had lovely breakfasts and dinners on the terrace. If you want to go to Cagliari or Pula you can take the bus 129 (linea 129), it runs on schedule. The bus stop is on the road right on the level of the supermarket. Free wi-fi is at the entrance of the village and this is also in the concept of peaceful relaxation.
Definitely recommend!

Casa veramente pulita ( particolare per noi molto importante ), accogliente, accessoriata e arredata con gusto.
L'abitazione si trova nel complesso di Comunione Cala Verde, luogo molto bello, curato, con ampio parcheggio, a pochi passi spiaggia bellissima e market fornitissimo... posto ideale per riposare!
Sig. Franco gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci torneremo senz'altro!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto rilassante sia per la posizione dell'appartamento, sia per i comfort presenti nella casa. Il giardino è spazioso e molto ombreggiato, perfetto per gustare i pasti all'aperto. La casa è ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario, oltre ad essere pulitissima. A pochi passi si trova la bella spiaggia di Calaverde, mai troppo affollata. L'appartamento è immerso in una pineta, molto adatta ai bambini vista la presenza di giochi. La descrizione dell'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente a quanto abbiamo trovato sul posto, ma devo dire che la casa è ancor più bella che in foto. Consiglio questo alloggio a coppie e famiglie in cerca di relax a due passi dal meraviglioso mare sardo.
