About this house rental
Location Eden Rock (Le Pavoncelle), adjacent to Santa Margherita
(Pula, 10 minutes away by car), very close to the beautiful beaches of Chia, it is 850 meters from the first beach (Pinus Village) and 3 minutes by car from Forte Village.
Private individual rents an independent house of energy class F, surrounded by greenery in a pleasant condominium of nine independent villas.
The house consists of a ground floor with living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.
A 1st floor composed of a double bedroom and a bathroom, plus an external balcony with a wonderful view of the area.
In all there are 6 beds.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, gas, water supply, satellite antenna, independent parking with a gate (reachable from the garden by a few steps), washing machine and fridge.
It is equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, sheets, etc etc .. Outside on the main facade a small porch useful for eating and for taking the cool, lawn garden, barbecue, outdoor shower.

Vacanze bellissime i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili la casa dove abbiamo soggiornato è spaziosa pulita e curata e soprattutto molto tranquilla vicino alle più belle spiagge di Chia ringrazio tanto il Sig.Pietro e suo figlio .

Zunächst einmal: Lieber Pietro, Dankeschön für den herzlichen Empfang! Sie sind ein toller Gastgeber!
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt: Die Wohnung/Haus liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit einem kleinen Garten, wo man wunderbar frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. Es ist ruhig gelegen (herrlich die Grillen oder das Vogelgezwitscher zu hören).
Für Selbstversorger ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben das selbst nur teilweise genutzt, da wir gerne abends im Restaurant gegessen haben.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man die schönen Strände von Chia in nur wenigen Autominuten (10 Min.) erreichen kann. Und einen Parkplatz am Haus hat man auch. Persönlich fanden wir den Strand von Su Giudeu am schönsten, aber das ist Geschmacksache.
Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Kommunikation mit Pietro und seinem Sohn Enrico im Vorfeld. Er hat uns alle Koordinaten gesendet und mit uns vor der Ankunft laufend kommuniziert was sehr hilfreich gewesen ist.
Bei unserer späten Ankunft (nach 22:00) wurden wir verwöhnt mit Wasser, regionalem Wein, schön gekühlten Bier und unwiderstehlichen Dolci aus Sardinien. Das fanden wir super aufmerksam, zumal es so spät war für uns noch irgendetwas zu besorgen.
Pietro ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber, dem man seine Liebe für seine Insel anmerkt.
Wir haben es genossen und können es empfehlen.
