the check in agent was more than rude . callous would be a better word. he charged me 30 for parking. he said it was on website. i used booking.com. i did not see that. all readoning was out the window. i asked other guests , 4, noone else was charged that had a car. left me guessing if it was a racially motivated choice by clerk. i try not to think that way, but whag other reason did he have to be so callous

Such a relaxing stay, would absolutely stay here again

This hotel really exceeded our expectations, we booked in here last minute (on the day) for 4 nights after not being comfortable in our previous hotel. As soon as we arrived the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was huge which was great for being there for a four nights, it's a perfect location for popular bars, restaurants and disneyland is only a 20 minute drive away. We got a lot of ubers but everything is so close they are just a couple of minutes and nice and cheap. I also spent my final day relaxing at the pool, would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Air conditioner was terribly loud and disturbed our sleep all night. Request pool scene room. They gave me room 121 opened window and it was the main gate entering into the pool. So we had noise from the gate opening and closing all the time

Clunky weekend.

Love the fact that there was breakfast available so we asked for it and was told it would be added to our room, only to be told that it was never added? Why not just say that then.

Check in was obviously someone new. Offered breakfast and parking at check-in in. Neither happened. Shouldn't there be a trainer with newbies? At least the room key worked.

Kind of outdated. Good breakfast, easy quiet stay.

The property on the inside looks way better than the outside, the greenery is pretty, bar area is nice and modern. The bed was super comfortable, the hotel itself(hallways) were very quiet. Has a nice gym with some basic things. I normally don’t Ike waterfall showers but this one has nice pressure. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very great, breakfast style buffet, fancier than most places offer with yummy choices. Room was clean, and we enjoyed the pool being empty and very quiet, and nicely hot.

Dark windows when you arrive on the property. We were given one of the last rooms one the first floor, overlooking the street and cars leaving there. Hotel is kind of outdated, specially on the outside. The inside looks a bit more modern. Pool is outdated, but was clean, and so was the jacuzzi, but again outdated. Towels to the pool were kind of old and raggedy like. 30$ for parking? For this place? And our room was kind of expensive for what we got. No view, had to keep the windows closed the entire time or else the cars could see through or we could see them. Seems like an old property, that should have been half the price. We only picked this place because it had great reviews, the photos looked better than the actual place. Wall unit ac? , had it on high all night I had to sleep with out covers still or it be hot.

Nothing to complain about the room. It was spacious with all expected facilities. The location of the hotel was excellent since it was a couple of minutes away from the freeway and South Coast Plaza.

The elevators were playing tricks and had to climb four flights of stairs a few times to reach our room.

Great hotel for nightover before whalewatching tour

Large room, good beds Large swimming pool with plenty pool beds (also in cabana's). Good breakfast Hotel is 15 minute drive from Newport Beach harbor (whale watching tour)

Although we had made a breakfast-included booking via Booking.com for our room with 4 persons, the hotel was only willing to offer breakfast to 2 guests per room maximum.

Room sizes were large. Location of hotel was very convenient and was accessible from three highways.

We had a suite (two rooms) There was no daily room cleaning- Room cleaning once every three days. One piece of a very tiny soap was in the toilet which last for one day and we had to collect soap from reception. Rooms were smelling when we entered. The rooms had no ventilation. Bath room and toilet had no extraction fan. There was no windows to be opened for ventilation. Two Window ACs were installed, one each room. Room temperatures had to be cooled down below comfort zone in order to reduce unpleasant odor.
