Drury Inn & Suites Louisville North

The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening food options, which added great value. The location was convenient and easily accessible.

Overall my stay was positive. The only area for improvement would be managing the flow at the food bar, as some guests were overly assertive which affected the comfort of the experience. I do realize it is an all you can eat option but the curiosity of some people these days is forgotten around "FREE" food.

Daisy, front desk person and bartender, was so calm eventhough my bill was in conflict with what I paid on the internet. She kept her cool eventho I was irritated. She remembered my orange/cranberry drink at the bar.

Drury needs to buck up and provide REAL Butter pats for the toast, bagels and pancakes. That fake hydrogenated vegetable oil crap really delineates the full wonderful breakfast experience.

The room wasn't clean, I always bring disinfectant wipes and everything I wiped down had residue. The pull out sofa bed was disgusting and had a smell, the sheets and blanket in the closet to make that bed (for our 12 year old) were not clean.. the blanket had clear tape stuck all over it and dog hair. They ran out of the evening Kickstart food before we could even get anything the first evening and we were there by 6pm. I had already taken my insulin to cover the food, but literally was out of everything.. the noodles for chicken Alfredo, the chips and cheese, the chilli, baked potatoes, everything gone(even ice in the soda machine, so we couldn't even get a cold drink!) We waited for them to restock and after waiting 20 mins we had to leave the hotel to go find food since my blood sugar was dropping. The elevator sounded like it needed repairs.. we were terrified every time we stepped on it. The bathroom had no fan, it would fill with hot steamy humidity and then we would open the door and it would pour out and make everything feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The front desk person spoke broken English and didn't explain clearly upon check in about the drink cards. The pool was foggy and overcrowded and no one controlling the kids who were running, splashing and being extremely rude. We have always chose Drury and even spent our honeymoon 20 years ago in a Drury and this by far was the worst experience we've ever had.. My son ended up getting sick, and I just didnt have the strength to complain to the front desk over anything, which I regret now. The location is the only good thing I have to say about this specific Drury. Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend this location to anyone!

Every thing was excellent

This establishment is located within the city so there are plenty of eateries and shopping in the area. Our stay for one night was ok. The breakfast was fine, and seating was ample. The room size was large. The staff were pleasant.

This location (Kentucky) has a $1.00 fee for the (alcohol) drink card. The smell of popcorn was so strong that it was nauseating. The carpeting in the first floor hallway was dirty. Maybe change it out for tile which can be mopped daily. The shower drain (Room 102) was backed up. Made staff aware of this problem upon checking out. Finally, the kickback meal was basically the same as the one at the Drury Inn in Tennessee that I stayed in 4 days prior to this one. Need more variety.

I’ve stayed here many times. Whenever I’m in Louisville I always stay there. The staff is always great and it’s very comfortable. Great location near the high end Paddock shopping center. I will always stay here when I’m in Louisville.

Absolutely fantastic facility and staff. Super clean and comfortable and in the right part of Louisville to meet our needs. Probably the best facility we have stayed in in many years!

The toilet paper holder was installed upside down and the roll kept falling off the wall and rolling into the floor. Kinda gross.

I got a skin infection from the hot tub. I didn’t realize how dirty the water was until the jets stopped. I got out immediately. Now I am having to take antibiotics for the rash I got.

It was exactly as advertised, no surprises

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the food was excellent. The black-out curtains are phenomenal! It was nice that there’s a separate living space. They served a free dinner of Alfredo, grilled seasoned chicken, baked potatoes, salad, soup, hot dogs & soft drinks. Breakfast was also great, the normal breakfast foods but well seasoned and tasty.
