Was just OK

Easy off/on the interstate

Bed was lumpy, breakfast was out of orange juice & scrambled eggs. Evening staff was very friendly but morning staff was grumpy - because they had to continue to apologize for being out of key breakfast items.

We left before breakfast was available

Unable to fill bathtub. The shower pull was stuck and could not push off to fill the tub. The pet area was to small. Ridiculously high pet fee $75 Out first stay at Hampton. We’re going back to Marriott

Convenient hotel near the interstate

This is a conveniently located hotel, right off the highway. Yet, very quiet. The property is clean. Enough parking spaces. Breakfast was typical for such hotels.

Oh well, who needs any sleep 😴

The frontdesk gentleman was extremely polite and kind. The property was extremely clean. The room and bathroom we're very nice, except for our mattress.

The mattress was like sleeping on a board. I've had 25 operations and today I'm hurting like I was hit by a train. My husband said you should have talked to someone and gotten money back. My husband suffers from Neurology and he didn't get any sleep either.

Not worth the money

Close to convention center

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Only 1 washer and dryer for hotel. We were there for 6 day basketball tournament and the hotel was full of players all trying to wash their uniforms. Pool was closed. We literally picked this hotel for the outdoor pool and didn't get to use it. Hotel cost too much!

The front desk ladies were wonderful! They were very helpful and we had them laughing.

Breakfast was very good. The ladies kept the food hot and available. Easy to work with them. Very helpful.

Hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but hot foods were often understocked during higher demand periods. An extra staff person at breakfast would improve the situation as well as more frequent food stock checks

This hotel has everything for a great vacation or business trip: clean rooms, close to downtown, and friendly/helpf

The property was super clean and contained friendly and helpful staff. It was located near the freeways and less than 15 minutes from Downtown Louisville.

I will stay again and book through Hilton.
