Hampton Inn Louisville/I-65/Brooks Road

Everything was very clean, exceptionally so. The staff were friendly. The rooms were quiet. The ability to control the climate in the room by thermostat was great! It was over 100°F during our stay but our room was nice and cold. The staff were attentive to our needs and ensured daily we were happy.

Something was weird with the wifi. My computer started scrolling and glitching so I opted to cancel the wifi. The toilet was a little difficult to flush but worked just had to push the button a few times. A little disappointed with breakfast the first and last day. The first day the fruit was old. (Bruised bananas and apples) also there wasnt much choice for those with special dietary needs. (Diabetic, gluten free, Alpha gal) Without any special needs the variety was great. Eggs,meat,potatoes, a selection of breads (muffins,bagels,scones,bread for toast) they offered instant oatmeal packs and yogurts. 3 different cereals. Waffle station with regular and a seasonal waffle mix which was really fun for the kids. 3 types ofJuice,milk,coffee,water and teas. The stations were clean and kept stocked. The dining area was very clean.

Easy off/on the interstate

Bed was lumpy, breakfast was out of orange juice & scrambled eggs. Evening staff was very friendly but morning staff was grumpy - because they had to continue to apologize for being out of key breakfast items.
