Pretty, but dirty

It was very convenient as far as the location. The aesthetic was also pleasant.

The TV didn’t work and eventually we just gave up. The pack n play we were provided was also dirty. I don’t know what was inside the play pen but I think it was spit up and whole thing overall was gross. We did clean it but in the end just had our toddler sleep with us. The lady that checked us in was also not very happy the whole time we interacted. I could tell she was having a bad day but it was hard to ask for help when she wasn’t pleasant towards us.

Extremely satisfied with my stay!!! Only problems the strained WiFi connection and no disposable slippers in the room.

Very beautiful hotel, organized and well-equipped rooms. The rooms are also quite spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very good lighting in the rooms which makes it easy to fall asleep faster and have a pleasant sleep. And last thing, the shuttle bus was very very convenient and the drivers very friendly and accommodating! I had to catch a very early flight and the shuttle was immediately available for me. I appreciated that a lot!

Not very good internet connection. Had to use data to order and communicate with family. Also, such a nice hotel I would expect at least a pair of disposable slippers, because the floor was extremely cold and had to walk fast to go from shower to room and vice versa. The room to feel complete and well-equipped I think it needs the disposable slippers. Nobody would have a spare pair of slippers with them in their luggage.

Would not stay again

I like the location as it was close to where we were going. However, there was no pool or fitness center like shown. They're doing construction, so there is stuff everywhere. There was no breakfast available by the time we had to leave for the competition, and it was supposed to have started at 630, we left at 7. A manager did offer that if we came back tonight, we could get a free dinner, but we had to head home after the competition as it was a long drive. Evening staff was rude and unwilling to help us.

Do not plan on using booking.com again!

Waited in the lobby for an hour for them to figure out how to check us in. Finally went to dinner and when we returned they figured it out. Not sure if it was their system or booking.com system, either way it sucked!

Everything about it made me feel like we were getting a good value. It’s extremely well kept, beds were comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. Very clean and an exceptional staff

Disappointing

It was close to where we wanted to be.

When booking this room online it said that breakfast was included in the price but on the morning of checkout I found out that it was not included. If I knew that it wasn’t included I wouldn’t have booked the room.

Met my needs for this trip. The bed was great!

The shuttle service was amazing and the reason I booked here. I needed to get to the Expo Center and back several times a day. I never waited more than 10 minutes.

The price was still steep since breakfast is not included.

Good, functional and surprisingly quiet considering the closeness of the airport

I had "breakfast included" offer, but it turned out that breakfasts were from Starbucks that is at the lobby. It took 10 minutes of resolving and then we simply ate and drank something from Starbucks menu - which is not that extensive.

Hotel room windows have not been cleaned in ages.

Great location, great hotel for a great price

This location was very easy to find. The parking was ample and secure. The rooms were spacious and clean. I used the wifi to work remotely and it was perfect. No disconnections at all. I enjoyed my stay.

I really didn't like the small refrigerator energy saver mechanism. Basically for the entire 3 nights I had to remember to push a button to turn on the refrigerator for a 2 hour or 8 hour timeline. I had items that needed to be refrigerated the entire time of my stay, so didn't like that feature. Other than that, the room was perfect.

Nice hotel. Perfect for us.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The front desk lady was very blah. I walked in and she didn’t even say hello or welcome. She just wanted my name and ID. Gave me my room key and pointed to where the elevator was. However, there a very kind and helpful young man who helped us with our luggage. He saw that I was there with my older parents and he grabbed a luggage cart and just handled it. Helped get everything to our room!

I didn't like how the shampoo and body wash were on the wall , I hit my elbow off the top of the shampoo and cut my arm..if it were in the back of the shower that might be better placement for it.
