Price is right quality of stay inconvenient

Location and it was one of the most affordable hotels in the area nearest to Calpoly Pomona. Staff was polite and attentive.

Maintenance of the rooms were quite disappointing. I was on crutches and needing to use stairs. My first room was well equipped, though the television did not work. I was moved to a different room where the television worked perfectly, but there were missing items such as the body wash in the shower and even that toilet roll holder was missing. The continental breakfast area is way too small for the buses loaded of individuals.

Place is a little old as expected as everything in the area is that way. I had a problem with the first room which shouldn’t be the case but that’s possible in any property. Front desk was kind though when I addressed it and changed my room right away. Since the next room was a downgrade they did give me a discount.

NIce place to stay in the area.

Convenience and value. This was my third time staying there, the other two times my friend booked the room. This time we were driving from norcal to phoenix and I knew this hotel was a decent place to stay.

This time the breakfast wasn't as good as usual, seemed like not as many items maybe because it was a weekday.

Good for a night or two

The bed was comfortable. There were a few places to eat close by. We stayed one night as we were just passing through. I would say its good for 1 to 2 nights max. Not to much more. The room was a good size. Had mini fridge and microwave in room.

Seemed like the halls had been flooded and the rooms since the bottoms of all the doors were uneven and drug. It was a givem a decent face-lift for whatever damage it had. Couldn't find an ice machine. Outside steps area was dirty with chipped paint and coned off so we had to walk around from the parking lot to get to our room.

Short one night say near the ball fields.

After a full day of officiating I was exhausted and didn't want to drive home and then up early and make the long drive back. As is my custom I always look for a hotel near the park where I'll be working and this one was conveniently close. After checking in, I was expecting the entrance to the rooms to be outside, but instead they were on the inside with a very clean hallway. No spots on the floor and the walls were clean. I enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep after a long hot and windy day on the softball field because the bed was very cozy.

When I arrived in my room, there wasn't a remote for the TV. However, after a call to the front desk, one was sent to my room within minutes. I then noticed a very large spot on the cloth chair/ recliner. Made me feel very uncomfortable thinking what caused the very large spot and the fact the hotel had not cleaned or replaced the chair. As I was enjoying a nice warm shower I reached for the body wash in the dispenser and unfortunately the dispenser was empty. Fortunately I had brought my gym bag where I keep my sundries and used my own wash.

This was a last minute booking and I was so pleasantly surprised! The minute we walked in, Marissa at the front desk greeted us with a friendly smile and super helpful!

We wanted to use the Fitness Center but one of the treadmills didnt work, and the disinfectant wipes in the canister were all dry. Easy fix

Easy to find, adequate parking, staff were friendly, location was near (enough) where I was working for a few days.

Room amenities felt basic, hallways were not as clean as expected for the price/night, particularly compared to other options in the same $$ range close by. Breakfast was free, but underwhelming.

Bed was good. Breakfast was standard and okay. The local breakfast room staff was very friendly and engaged, however just one person was sometimes not enough to clean the tables and replenish items.

The rooms were not properly cleaned and I had to change rooms as the first one I was given was disgusting. Air-conditions too noisy.

Property is old, moldy, run down and in need of lots of repairs. Pool was dirty and the hot tub was green. Room was a dump and smelled musty. My son had an allergic reaction from the room and pool which made him break out in red bumps on his hands. We had to get cortisone for his hands because he was so itchy. I I was having issues as well with my allergies and feeling itchy. Hopefully we didn’t get exposed to bed bugs. Overall, not a good place to stay at all. Positives: place is affordable and staff were nice and accommodating by comping 2 of our nights. Breakfast was ok. Won’t stay here or at any la Quinta again.

Dusty room,balcony full of spiderwebs,bathtub was dirty and low water pressure.We booked queen beds and get full beds. Three towels for 4 people,pillows old. Whole hotel smells bad,WiFi signal was very bad,headboards had fingers prints all over. The quality of breakfast was very suspicious. Front desk lady at check in was rude. Parking fee and $150 deposit is crazy for what you get . This hotel was one of the worse I ever been 🤮
