It was not a very good experience.

So shower handle was broken. There was no hot water. I had to change rooms. When I came to the new room, the last guest had left his food in the fridge. It hadn’t been cleaned out then a new guest came by at around 1 AM in the room Next to me in the morning and they wouldn’t stop talking till almost 4am. I had to check out before 5 AM because it was so noisy.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at everything that could go wrong went wrong. The bed was broken.

Beds were just right! Weren't hard or soft! They were just right

Customer Service didn't make me feel like we were important enough to stay there. 2. Roaches In the room. 3. No blankets on the bed. We asked for them around ish or 6.ish and didn't get them til after 9 pm. 4. Put a request to stay til 3.pm around 8 something and as we were heading out the hotel I got a ding on my phone at 11 something saying it was approved. We refused because we didn't want to take the chance of over paying if they didn't approve it. 11 am is too late to approve a request. So we felt we weren't important enough to be there. 5. We didn't have a car ! We took lyfe and No restaurants close by to eat a good meal.

Close enough to Freeway, shopping and the Fairplex. The place is clean and the bed was comfortable enough.

Needed blankets and took a while to get. Also no washcloths. Window by AC was broken but I was not worried about bc safety, they have cameras and I was staying next to front office.

Homeless and hookers hotel..

The only nice and comfortable was the bed.

There were no blankets and no towels in the room when we arrived, outside were a lot of homeless and people smoking weed, so all the smells go inside the room thru under the door. And the swimming pool was so dirty.

Great Stay.

Quiet and spacious, I liked the washer & dryer availability. I enjoyed my stay.

There were big Waterbugs as well as a couple roaches, which I didn't notice until long into my stay. And I don't like that face towels, hand towels, and shower towels are only given on request. Toilet paper on roll, no spare. And asked for a roll it took a few to get more. Other than those minor things stress & problem free.. No fault of the Hotel but not much around the area 7 eleven & jack in the box.

The gentleman at the counter was very nice. We had to contact him for multiple reasons and he remained kind and tried to be helpful.

No towels or cloths; limited bedding (sheets, no blanket); dirty & moldy microwave w/missing plate; something liquid thrown on wall and never cleaned; sketchy area, scary at night (customers at gas station next door said we were brave to stay there and shared that cars get broken in nightly and said, "those hills come alive at night"); room beside us had fighting (yelling & cursing) until after 4am and nothing was done to stop it; precheck-in was done prior, including DL & car info and still had to do it again upon arrival and it took a VERY long time although there were no other customers; room buildings have secure access because you have to go through lobby to get in, however lobby remained unlocked and free access with nobody at desk so basically anyone could get in; parking lot was easily accessible to outsiders with no cameras or security

Ghetto place don't stay here.

After I read reviews I booked this place for 1 night with my family. Also booked a handicap room, but didn't get one. We checked in ,went to our room. One is by the stairwell . Trash cans over flowed with trash next to our door. Room looked ok when we opened the door. After the light was turned on it was a different story. Walls were dirty. Bathroom door was falling off and wouldn't close. No remote fit the TV and no phone. 9:30 at night people up and down the stairs rolling the mop back and forth till at least till 11:30. People loud talking all night. THE BIGGEST WAS THERE WERE NO FIRE ALARMS IN THE ROOM. It had been riped off. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was nice and helpful when it came to receiving a refund.

Once the family and I entered the room there was a strong smell. Usual routine we check beds before we sleep in them .. Both beds had dead bugs and brown stains on the mattress. One bed had gauze pads with blood.

unfortunately there was a blood test strips, dropped on the bed and the floor. We arrive little late and the room was to darkness, the lights was not working, there was no towels, and by the morning we see the blood test, every where, and they was been used, whit blood on it.

Nothing; we ended up staying at my sister's house. I understood you did not give refunds but my short stay there did not allow me to fight the issue. In good conscience, I would think you would examine room 233 at Lemon tree and consider giving me a partial to whole refund.I would Never recommend this motel to anyone.

A fresh smelling room, the king size bed I was told I would get, an unbroken mirror, toilet paper on roll, ground room, didn't even want to try the bed. Ended up staying at my sister's house for 2 days

Location was great, facility was sub standard for price. Wifi was good.

Smoke detector was not on wall with wires sticking out. Room was sparsly furnished (very big room, just a bed and junky desk), half of the TV channels were fuzzy and unwatchable. One set of towels only. No bath mat towel so be careful getting out of shower. No fridge, no microwave, no ice maker, no vending. Employees working on rooms (making repairs, remodeling) late at night making lots of noise and banging sounds). Loud guests outside late at night (past midnight). Should I go on with more? How about lumber or some kind of debris pushed against railings of second floor. No maid service during stay, overflowing trash can outside......
