I experienced the surrounding areas more safe to walk my dog than last time. No home insecure people camping on the sidewalks, so I appreciated that!
There is one special employee you have that was VERY kind and friendly. He is a small statured, thin man who was taking out the trash and he helped guide me to my room because I was going the wrong way!! Please let him know he made my day on Christmas Eve, knowing there are still gentle and caring people that exist is heart-warming!
