I did not like anything. The advertised picture where nothing like being there
The place was dirty, hallways carpets needed vacuuming. The elevator trash in it, and room was not clean. Counters tops were not clean and towels dirty we did not shower. I have never witnessed such a filthy room. We stayed one night and the first room was even worse. We asked for a cleaner and they were both disgusting. We mentioned to the front desk at check out and they look at me like I had a problem with complaining. I will never go back. I will contact the health department.

They stole my money after trying to stick me in a room where the tub was backfilled with sewage.

I was charged twice for the room. There was hair in the bed and the toilet was still dirty...there was feces still in it. I didn't even stay the night. I checked in, went to my son's football game, checked it and drove home as soon as the game was over.

The outside was very nice.
It was an extended stay with no amenities in the kitchen. No coffee pot. Then the coffee I. The lobby was suppose to be from 6-9am but when the ran out of the first pot of coffee they do not make more. By 7 am it was gone.

The color scheme in the room
My room was in poor repair, the linens smelled like cigarettes, there was no toilet paper or tissue (provided upon request), gardeners came at 5:30 am on a Sunday, and construction next door started right after. Also loud guests in the early morning.

Once again the the ultimate fool for using booking or going to extended stay. Somehow they always wind up holding money of mine and leaving me barely able to pay for the room let alone food. Don’t use booking and don’t book extended stay

Dirty bed linen (I took photos), and dirty folded dirty hand towels. The pillow cases were wrinkled, so that told me too that they were not changed. I brought my own sheets and pillow case so I used those. Also, there was loud banging on my door around 1 am, which made me scared. Remote was broken on the top so there was sensing issues to put on the TV, had to change channels and adjust volume by getting up and standing closer to the TV.

On Booking.com, they are advertised as the Extended Stay America, which is a reputable hotel, when we arrived its actually an Extended Stay Studios. Immediately when we showed up there were people smoking and blocking the entrance. Checked into a double queen bed room and the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet felt sticky, the beds were hard, stains on the sheets and pillows, the bathrooms were dirty overall the room was disgusting.I went back down to the lobby to ask if they had any other rooms available that didn't smell like smoke, they said no that they were all booked up. I had booked for 2 nights, but after that first night me and my family left. This was a really bad experience. I definitely would not recommend this. Spend the extra $40 per night and go somewhere decent.

There were too many homeless people around the parking lot.. and using the outside picnic table to sit and smoke… one of them smelled horrible like urine. The inside… my the check in station smelled worse than an ash tray. The room was semi clean… but the sheets had stains and the restroom smelled like pee. I was so tired I just didn’t want to go and argue with the receptionistI just slept and left as early as possible from there. This is such a ghetto motel …. In the area it is I imagine a way more cleaned and put together place… boy I was wrong

It was in a good location and the area surrounding the property seemed safe.
The pictures say it all, I was told the room was cleaned before I checked in. I think they hired blind people to clean the room. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this place until some real maintenance and management steps up and does something about the place. This is the first time I’ve had problems with this place and because I travel for work often in this area, I have to stay in the hotel in this area. Next time I’ll find another place.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern about my recent stay at [Property Name], booked through your platform. During my stay, I encountered highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the property’s manager, which significantly affected my experience.
Throughout the weeks I stayed there, I witnessed the manager frequently yelling at staff and guests, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. I personally saw at least three female staff members resign due to his conduct.
The situation worsened when the manager loudly confronted my partner in front of other guests, demanding that we pack up and leave immediately, stating that he would no longer rent to us. This came without any prior complaints or problems from our side. For the duration of our stay, it was only myself, my partner, and my toddler living quietly and responsibly—we even washed our own towels and brought our own toilet paper.
The conflict reportedly arose when my partner held the door open for a woman as he stepped outside to take a phone call. They exchanged some words, but he admitted later that he did not understand what the woman said. Upon his return, the manager began yelling that the woman was banned from the property and that anyone associated with her, including us, would also be banned. This seemed completely unfair and unsubstantiated.
When I asked the manager to review the security footage to clarify the situation, he refused. Despite multiple attempts to discuss and reason with him, we were only allowed to stay after he yelled at me in a condescending and offensive manner.
I am bringing this to your attention because I believe this behavior is not in line with the standards Booking.com expects from its listed properties. I kindly request that you investigate this matter to ensure future guests do not experience similar mistreatment.

The hotel smelled like a dentist office, the hotel name is unchanged online still is registerd as extended stay hotel bit the actual hotel name is Extended studio hotel. Room was not cozy infact it was the opposite, felt like a medical exam room including the handle to restroom and overall presentation of the room. The bed was itchy, we submitted a claim of bed bugs but manager disregarded and said it was crumbs, still unhygenic. Unclean sheets and left over jewlery from previous guest. Furniture is outdated and room feels forced. Lastly unsafe enviroment at night with unknown guest or passerbyers on bikes smoking weed. Do not recommed this hotel.

There was nothing about the property that I liked.
Everything. Smell of dog was very strong, it was very prudent. I had my children with me and received a noise complaint right before checking out at 10:30am. When all I heard was people slamming the exit door all night.
