Could be great experience if not given smoker up room.

Staff were friendly

The king room had a bad smoke scent ( we are no smokers). When tried to Turn on heater it had a smoke/dirty/vomit smell coming off of it. The neighbors didn’t let me sleep. They kept coming in and out of room and heard the as early as 3am up until we left so was hard to sleep.

A hidden gym in a classical old city of Glendora

It was centrally located to what I needed to do during that visit. The staff was very nice and I appreciate it your assistance when I needed it.

Simple, clean, friendly hotel

I stay here whenever I visit Glendora, CA. Its family run, simple accommodations, clean, quiet, refridgerator, microwave, well situated -- I like The Hat pastrami sandwich restaurant right next door. The Wifi works well.

Great value with spacious rooms in an old-fashioned courtyard motel.

Great value. The buildings were freshly painted. And new lighting allows you to actually read in the room. This is an old -fashioned motel -- not fancy -- but perfect for our needs. We've stayed here many times before. Also, the staff are nice. Rooms include a small refrigerator.

The air conditioner worked good.

Construction repairs were going on at the time. Construction paper and tape still on my door, the room windows were open therefore the room was dusty. No blow dryer. I didn't bring mine because I thought the room would have one. The gardener arrived at 7 am the next morning!!!! Very loud!! I will never forget back.

Wasn't able to stay and will never book the Palm Tropics again.

I had a family emergency arise and was uicate with Expedia nable to check in to the motel. I called ahead and cancelled but was charged for the entire three days as a penalty . Palm Tropics also refused to communicate with Expedia to adjust this exorbitant penalty or offer a refund. I expected a penalty of one night but three nights charge and communication refusal means I will definitely never book there again and I hope others follow suit.

Liked the cleanliness of the room. Bed was decent. Very clean room

No soap. Not enough towels in room. Only one towel, 1 hand towel one wash clothe. No place to put luggage or hang clothes. Atmosphere was a little empty in the room.

Food and liquor store nearby.

Room smelled horribly of cigarettes. Shower curtain had mold and the overall condition of the room was bad. More of a $50 motel rather than the $100 we paid.

Close to the location we were going to. Both fridge and microwave were nice to have.

Old, needs major updates. Hairdryer was smoking and unable to be used. Tub is super slippery and there was mold around the tub as well. Small vanity in the restroom didn’t allow for any counter space.

No breakfast served just coffee it was a great experience bed firm lots of pillows plump the way I like bathroom was a good size hot water comes out right away sink and shower wall /ac &heater works real well kept me warm the whole night highly recommend

Highly recommend this lovely authentic Route 66 motel

Beautiful property quiet safe the grounds are covered in palms and California fauna there was carport paring right by my door The room was recently redone. Nice parquet floors tile shower new beds air conditioner worked great nice large room 2 queens. A table for two in the room. Big closet if you were staying awhile

Classic Route 66 property. Paid attention to the grounds and landscaping. Comfortable, clean bed.

Bathroom and AC unit were really grungy. My door wouldn’t close unless you yanked up hard on the handle. Like a lot of Route 66 properties —- just overpriced and not the best for what you pay.

close to Azusa Pacific. room was very clean, and the floor and bathroom had been update. hot shower. had to ask for soap and shampoo and extra towel - but staff were helpful. very quiet at the back of the parking lot.

beds were too firm for my liking. No place to put your luggage - no rack or bench. the table was lop-sided. no hangers in the closet. The mini refrigerator ran continuously. the a/c was very noisy and had a hard time keeping the room cool. great that there were security LED lights in the parking lot, but the curtains did not block out very much of that light. the curtain was broken

Good stay

The room was very clean and big. The fridge is bigger than most hotels offer.

The toiletries. The A/C was placed a little too high for me and it was quite loud too. A duvet or extra blanket is most definitely needed.
