The staff great. I did not like the ticket requirement for breakfast and the lack of variety. While the food is made or order, you have to wait to get it and if you are in a hurry to get out this is an issue. The bread is the large slice type, which doesn’t work in the small toaster. You have to put it in side ways and only half the bread gets toasted.
In the room you only get one small container of soap so you either use it to wash your hands or for the shower. And I am not sure if it was an oversight or not, but there were no face towels in the room. Makes it hard to take a shower with a small bottle of body wash soap and no towel.

The room was clean, but our first room had a leak and soaking wet carpet. However, the front desk was very friendly and swapped our room without much issue.
