The nats that were in the bathtub of the first room we received but they moved us immediately.

The check in clears appeared to not want to interact with us. The room appeared. The pool was closed

The location was fine for the event we needed to Arendt, I chose this facility due to it’s location

BOTH of the beds mattresses were in need of replacement. The room looked very dated, it is in need of a make over…..this made the room appear dirty.

Acceptable but not great

Beds were very comfortable and room very clean and quiet. Ac worked well and fans were not too loud. We stayed in a second floor room.

The place smelled mildewy and the bedding was not heavy enough and was short sheeted.

Why charge a deposit when everything is already broke.

The hotel offers amenities like a pool, gym, or a vending machine which did help accommodate the stay giving it a more relaxing and comfortable vibe.

The same lady who checked me in was the same lady who checked me out. She made the stay unpleasant and unwelcoming. Every time I express concern for my stay she was always argumentative about the situation.

We did not get housekeeping on Friday. On Saturday, we were out all day and had a "Make a room sign," yet housekeeping didn't come till 3:30 PM when we just stepped into the room. We asked them to come back, and housekeeping said it was a last call; they were done for the day, so we had to allow them in the room while we were getting ready. She only picked up trash and vacuumed. Didn't make beds or clean the bathroom. We complained to the front desk, and nothing was communicated. When we checked out, I complained again since nothing had been documented, and yet I didn't receive any apology or compensation for the inconvenience.

The wife and I enjoyed our stay, and would visit again.

Breakfast was good. The staff was great. The wife liked the jacuzzi. The room was clean. Beds are comfortable.

Even though the room was clean there was a smell when A/C was off. The water pressure in the shower needs a little help.

Nice location and good value. Good complimentary breakfast selection too, but could have more options.

Our room had a couple defects (curtain rod was broken off for example) and the pool was not very clean. The staff also seemed like they didn’t believe me and seemed irritated when I requested pool towels to be provided outside because it was empty. The staff said “it’s already stocked, but we will double check”

Ice machine broke, sign said you need to use the one on the 1st floor. And the fridge didn't work. Because we only really slept there and were in and out alot it was ok.

Not one of our favorite Best Western stays

Location was good for our needs. Air conditioner worked well to keep our room cool since it was a hot day.

Pillows were small and lumpy. There was no safe. There were no USB ports to plug in our phones to charge. The "please do not disturb" sign was missing. The receptionist (when we checked in) did not seem knowledgable when we asked questions and it took us 30 minutes to check in. We had pre-booked through an online site so he wasn't sure how to handle our reservation even though I had a reservation number and confirmation paper. The people next door were talking loudly at midnight and we could hear their conversation through the wall.
