Clean enough, quietly enough, friendly enough.

Nice area, close to great food options. Pretty plant life.

Close to the freeway, heard it all night long, beds were hard, pillows were tiny, had to argue with the man on duty for extra towels. He said they only had pool towels left then threw a fit when asked for them because they were needed.

The location was close to where I needed to be.

The hotel staff was rude, there were little drain or fruit flies all over our room, the HVAC was very loud, the bathroom fan that is automatic with thy light was very loud, and the freeway noise was louder than expected. This hotel is not a Best Western quality hotel.

Decent stay for a decent price.

The staff was nice and helpful. They took care of any problems I addressed to them. I got all my questions answered and they were accommodating. The facilities were nice. I enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Wish the pool was heated. The room was similar to the pictures online, but not what I expected. The first room we were assigned to was not cleaned by expectations.

The location is close to stores and the freeway. The room was big and the bed was comfy.

The towels need some tlc..or just to be tossed out after you see they looked like they’ve been used to clean dust off the table. Those stains are not coming out. The pillows were half the size as well, like a decorative pillow size, not sure what that was about but they did the job.

The room is clean and spacious. We love the interior—there are two queen beds and a sofa on the side. Under the TV, there's a long table with a small study lamp. The room is comfortable. It also includes a mini fridge, an iron, and an ironing board. Very good price!

There’s no complimentary water provided during breakfast—they only offer juice and coffee. You’ll need to bring your own water.

Awful

The property was clean on the outside but the room was horrible, the staff member that was there when I checked in was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. My air conditioner in my room was not working and rather than be polite about it he basically told me tough luck and that I would have to stay in that room even though the air conditioner was apart of the accommodations that I paid for, he eventually came to the room to feel how stifling it was in the room pushed some buttons on the thermostat and said that because it was late he couldn’t give me another room. There was also hair in the bed, the sheets were dirty and there was hair and old braces rubber bands on the bathroom floor, and blood on the toilet. When all this was brought to the attention of the hotel they still refused to switch my room. And I’m tempted to report to the health department.

The front desk staff were absolutely horrible. Extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. ZERO customer service. They make you feel like they don’t even want you there.

Besides a rude staff and noise it was pleasant overnight

that the rooms were clean comfortable had everything in room I needed.

The fan in the restroom wouldn’t shut off so it made a loud noise all night long. Night shift staff was irritated and annoyed with the fact we got there at midnight due to unforeseen reason while traveling. Very rude.

I felt like it was a motel

Spacious room

Staff. I called into get a towel on multiple occasions, I always got the run around for a towel! I also was told we get in trouble for giving out towels, can you call the front desk. I called the front desk, they told me to go to the front office instead because they didn’t have anyone to take them to me. I went to the front office only to hear that they didn’t have any towels there and that they would have someone take me a towel after the cleaning people would get there. This was an every day thing. I was hassled for my breakfast ticket when I was going in to grab a coffee. The spa was cold and was under construction. They didn’t have enough towels at the pool either. No hand soap. There was roaches.

The room was big and clean

there was construction going on during our stay. We parked our rental in the parking lot adjacent to the fwy. Thursday morning our car had several scratches across the entire hood. Wednesday night, when we checked in, the front desk was not a welcoming experience.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are newly refurbished and look nice.

It is located next to the freeway - the noise from the traffic is terribly loud. The bed stand is made of metal and makes a LOUD banging noise with EVERY move. There was no sleep to be had.

we gave a cash deposit and when we were checking out they tried to claim that my breakfast crumbs on the table in the room were ashes and refused to give my deposit back claiming we had smoked in the room even though we never did there was no smell of smoke or anything but they refused to give back any of my deposit
