Family vacation

Right off of the interstate with food and gas right there. Quick easy drive to the football hall of fame. The oatmeal/yogurt bar was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. There must have been at least 10 toppings to choose from. The quiche was good too. Staff were very friendly.

Housekeeping did not clean the room or switch out towels. No big deal but we were not told that we would not have housekeeping service. They did give us fresh towels when we asked.

It was a bit below average at best.

The staff, especially the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful.

The room smelled of smoke and could’ve been cleaner. There was only two carts to bring your luggage to and from your room, with one unusable due to a wheel completely immobile. The pool was unusable due to being too cold.

Not enough towels. They only clean every other day . I think they should at least make the bed, take out dirty towels and put in fresh towels and empty the trash especially seeing there are only 2 small trash cans in the room.

All in all it’s a very nice place!

Almost everything!!! Very clean and very nice.

Just one incident happened. There was a little debris in the pool and my son got a small cut on his toe. They shut the pool down immediately! We were understanding and forgiving. I still would stay here again, because it is a very nice place to stay. You have to understand things happen beyond people’s control, and it was very minor.

Wouldn't of booked hotel if I knew pool was closed

Bed was comfortable and had a really great shower. Check in and out the staff was very friendly but other than that I didn't see anyone at the desk.

I was very disappointed that they had the pool closed and I wasn't informed about it at all. When I went to look at the pool I saw the sign. I specifically only book hotels with pools so I can do my physical therapy. So I didn't get up for breakfast either so I could rest more.

Nice Getaway

The location was quiet and remote. I loved the breakfast and the staff was accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Canton. Very nice rooms with big bathrooms.

Once we got a room that smelled clean, we were comfortable.

The 1st 3 rooms I was offered smelled like dogs. The 1st one had dog hair on counter and chair in room and a horrible door. Looked like someone kicked it in. The hot tub was gross. Needed some cleaning. The pool was nice. The tv system in room 122 terrible.
