Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was clean. Heavy doors keep out hallway and elevator noise. I am disabled and they allowed me to park in a very convenient place.

It was fine.

Mislead about parking. We were told $15 per night. But later we were told $16 from check in to midnight and another $16 from midnight to checkout. We were billed $47.98 on our credit card.

Ky made a terrific first impression- friendly, helpful, great customer service skills- very welcoming! The room was delightful- clean, roomy, delightful bed! We were lucky to use street parking ( tx to Ky) !

My expectations for the breakfast buffet far exceeded the results Mostly because the items ( eggs especially) were barely warm, the pastries were dry but the coffee was goid!

Having to pay $18. A piece for a breakfast you would Get at a Hampton Inn free. Have to pay for coffee except For the nasty coffee in the room. Either offer free breakfast or free parking!!

Location is excellent Room very spacious room.

Some (not all) restaurant staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to ask for the room to be serviced which is not told to you at checkin. Unfortunately due to this, I will not use this hotel again.

Overall would recommend

Convenient location - nearby to the football hall of fame. Apparently it was where a lot of the players were staying for the HOF ceremonies that weekend but we missed them by a day. The staff was spending lot of time getting it ready for their arrival. Breakfast was much better than a normal but it wasn't included. Got free parking on the street but it isn't ample so you may have to pay (located across street).

Would have been nice to know better what the parking situation was prior to our arrival. I don't love the Hilton design of having sliding doors on the bathrooms which seems to be common now in a lot of their hotels - doesn't block much sound and are a bit annoying.

Our first stay in Canton. We are moving here very soon and absolutely love the area.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We felt safe and relaxed. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect and just what my partner and i needed for a one night stay. Thank you so much staff! Everyone was amazing from the front desk ladies who were so charming to the wonderful bartender manda who made terrific drinks and funny side conversations. All in all 10 outta 10! We will be back!

Convenient location within walking distance from many places including the Canton Palace Theater. Breakfast (pre-paid for when booking hotel) was good with a decent variety of food choices. King room was spacious and comfortable.
