The hotel was spotless, and the design both inside and outside is really beautiful, along with excellent security throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly! I look forward to returning if I ever find myself in Canton!

Beautiful and Lovely accommodations. Manager was very friendly. Owner not present, available at first by phone. Room exceptionally clean as was total environment. We did not see an area for recycling though. Breakfast was limited in choices, but coffee was good.

Shower had mold , Dirty carpets throughout hotel. Hotel pool was also very dirty ceiling was peeling. For a Hilton this hotel was absolutely disgusting.Do better Hilton!!! For the price we paid i was not happy at all i didnt even feel safe & felt dirty the whole time we stayed. Worst hotel experience ever!!! I cried about how dirty it was upon getting into our room and went and bought a broom vac and a ton of cleaning supplies and cleaned our room just to feel comfortable enough to go to sleep. After a deep clean i was content,but spent almost 13 hours to acheive the level of cleanliness i would deem appropriate.This place is awful and needs updating and a new cleaning staff or management because someone is obviously not doing their job.

The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, but the portions especially the sides were way too much. Wasted food. Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day Jessica, restaurant server, was outstanding, very personable, professional and was very attentive to all our needs. Jessica is definitely the employee of the month.

I brought my grandson to Canton Ohio to go to the Football Hall of Fame. We loved the accomodations at the Double Tree and all the friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

While the hotel is very nice, clean and quiet, there is nothing to do around the hotel. Shopping and other restaurants are not close. I also did not like that there is very little parking and had to pay to park.
