breakfast was terrible...20 minutes after scheduled opening, no coffee, only real food available was cold cereal.

After my payment was processed for the amount that was told , Twenty to the store to find my account was charged an additional $20. instead of contacting me or taking responsibility for the mistake instead my card was charged without my permission for the "new" amount.

Worst Quality Inn i have been in.

Location

Not clean. No chair in the room to sit in. Desk said only chair in rooms is office chair. Sink didn't drain. Flower bed full of thistle. Out of breakfast by 8 . Always waiting for coffee. Good thing dunkin was across the street. Bed went bong bong when you rolled over. Bed looked like had been slept in. Wore my clothes to bed.

Everything, floors felt like you were falling thru them , it was dirty, ice machine not working, no elevator, broken chair , did not look like pictures advertised, no one at front counter and there printer was broken to get a reciept. Also there was a bug in the bathroom.

Location was good. No roaches or other insects. Cheaper than other options in the area.

Breakfast was poor. The first morning they were out of everything except cereal and waffles. No eggs, sausage or potatoes. No coffee cups or creamer. The second morning they has eggs, but no sausage or bacon. The few potatoes I saw were burnt and dried hard. The bed was really hard, the pillows felt like a bag with a few cotton balls in it. I has to use three and then just barely adequate. The bathroom was dirty, mildew in shower. Shower head was mildewed and crusty.

The room was unclean and smelled.

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Rooms were small. Advertised a hot breakfast. Only had potatoes and a small spoonful of eggs remaining at 6:30 am. The few spoons of eggs was the only protein available. The heat in the room smelled so bad that we turned it off. There was bologna frozen to the freezer shelf. The microwave smelled like curry when you opened it.

Looked like ashes on the bedspread, bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned and could not find anyone at 730am ask about condiments for breakfast.

Upon entering the room - Wet washcloth with open bar of soap & wrapper on sink in bathroom. Metal rod across back of toilet - reason? No safety bar in bathtub. L side of darkening curtains - some were falling off. R side hard to open & close. Had to ask when someone would empty trash in room, or get fresh towels. I was there 4 days.

First of all, the pictures on the website were not even taken at the hotel. The place was noting like the pictures or how it was advertised. The breakfast tasted spoiled and they didn’t even have coffee. I will never go back there again. I have never written a review before, but want to make sure people don’t waste their money on this hotel.

The room was comfy, location was convenient, hallway traffic going in and out was noisy.

Most of the food choices I would have eaten were gone. Some of the food was cold. Overall, the food selection choice was good.

Refrigerator wasn't working and it took awhile for staff to fix it.

It seems very close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and that's what I want.

It was easy to find and our room was clean and exactly what we booked but it had no elevator and I have nerve damage in my back so that sucked. But the room was good.

Wasn’t what I expected, but made the best of it

Very convenient to restaurants and activities for kids. Breakfast was ok

No pool or gym as advertised on website before booking, so kids were bored and wanted to swim. Mold/mildew in shower, blood on mattress pad ( yuck), stain on curtains in room, beer bottle caps on floor, a lot of light fixtures didn’t work.

Location is good and needs to pay attention on the bathroom and lighting

Bathroom, toilet is too low. Need to put more attention on the shampoo (the bottle was there but not shampoo) The room smells like never open the windows also not enough light in the room (night) The TV does not have the channels charts. I will like Quality Inn add chargers for the Phones (will be a plus for the hotel)

Great people/staff, kept property clean. Great location!

People were very nice! Kept breakfast area stocked and clean.

Bathroom tub floor was falling in, the plastic was fine but could tell the floor underneath was very damaged. Breakfast needs more options for warm foods, the eggs and potatoes were not very tasty eggs seemed like cooked yolks but it was great otherwise still was plenty to choose from as alternatives.

Fineto use if it is only a place to lay your head before heading out.

The property has good location in respect to the highways for travel, restaurants for food, and a small mall across the street. The staff were nice to me with my children and helped wherever they could.

There was obvious water damage to the ceiling, if you have a wheelchair or stroller there will be some difficulty with getting around. Furniture in the rooms has damage and one of my lights by the door did not work.

The property has a good location in comparison to food, shopping, and highway for travel. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help with what they could.

Signs of water damage to ceilings, no elevators, ramp only present for first floor, not friendly if you have a baby in tow, furniture has damage, and sheets have spots of discoloration.

There weren’t towels brought to the room not once within a 4 day span. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest & had people sitting outside drinking alcohol and smoking weed all hours of the night.

Not worth the price.

The front desk staff was very nice, both upon arrival and upon check out. I have zero complaints about the service that I received from them. As a matter of fact, whoever was on site at check in deserves a raise because she was dealing with a couple of different difficult situations when I arrived and she did so with grace and kindness. I wish I could remember her name.

The quality was poor for the price. I expected the place to be cleaner/safer. I felt very unsafe in the room that I was provided and the entire building smelled like marijuana. I generally do not care what people do in their lives, but I don't want to smell cigarettes, marijuana and/or alcohol, especially when I pay a fairly high rate for a room and the building is supposed to be non-smoking.

The parking availability was good. The room was clean, air conditioning worked. The staff were very friendly and when my key card quit working - they fixed the issue. The breakfast was good overall. I appreciate that it was located across the street from Dunkin Donuts and I could walk there in the morning to get coffee.

Our room was on the third floor and the stairs are steep. Since I didn’t realize the building does not have an elevator I would have requested a room on a lower level.

Frustrating

Breakfast was ok. Location was great.

We had problems communicating with the desk people. On check in he couldn’t comprehend two different families with the same name could be checking in on the same day. Tried to explain. Was told no problem. Then when the family with the same name tried to check in we had their room. Then our grandson was hurt playing baseball so our trip was cut short. We tried to leave after staying there only 1 day and a few hours. We had already paid for 2 nights. Was told we had to pay an early departure fee . We had already paid for the second night and was asked to pay more.. said the computer wouldn’t allow us to check out early.

The room was absolutely not cleaned (back of toilet was filthy, tub looked unclean (shower liner was clean/new), bathroom floor, tv remote (filthy), bed covers (sheets were clean), room had an odor.

I have no real complaints, just the roaches yuck!!!

The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast was good, if there was any questions, the staff was always on hand to answer them, the location was excellent,

They had roaches I didn't see them right away, but on the third stay, I was working on the computer and one was crawling on the desk, I thought maybe it was just one but every other day there would be another, I had to sleep with the lights on because I was scared of one crawling on me.
