Ok Stay

Great location. Breakfast was good in the morning.

Booked a queen room but got a regular bed. I'm 6' 6" tall my feet hungover. Melty ice cream bar dripping in freezer of small fridge. Stayed 3 nights but housekeeping never did fill body wash bottle in room. Only stairs, no elevators. Ice machine on 1st floor at other end of hotel.

My stay was fine and the rooms were clean.

They advertise a free hot breakfast, but there wasn't anything hot except the coffee. Muffins, bagels, toast, something like this would have been nice.

They didn't follow through with what they advertised.

Wasn't a "warm welcome"

I loved that we were walking distance from where we needed to be.

The room was cold when we got there. Heater completely off. Water pressure was poor and was not warming. Person in room next to us was yelling at someone on the phone all night.

Location was great. We could walk to downtown and the light parade. Michianna event center across the street. Staff was friendly. We were in the breakfast area and had eaten breakfast but we're just sitting at the table. A staff member was closing up the breakfast area but asked if he could reopen it for us to eat. Very kind

No elevator but we knew that. No restaurants open after 8 on a Saturday night. Even fast food was 20 minutes away. No exercise area or pool.

Renovation in progress

The facility appears to be in the process of renovation - I assume so because there were four new toilets in the hall. We did not get one of the renovated rooms and our room needed renovation.

Great location and clean

Very clean and convenient location for us to pick up our new RV. Staff was super nice. There were beautiful Christmas lights set up next door.

The breakfast choices were a bit slim, but they did have hot eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy.

Very pleasant experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

The accommodation's far exceeded my expectations. It was literally across the parking lot from the venue where I had a concert to attend.It was very clean and comfortable.The staff was extremely nice. The room had everything that was necessary . The town was very nice to visit with a lot of small shops all within walking distance of each other. "Town" is literally half a mile from the hotel.

Full breakfast really was full breakfast. Hot food hot. Helpful staff. All stocked. Location was very easy walking distance to the theater where we watched an excellent show. They are decorated for Christmas at the Theater so all is very pretty.

OK lodging if you are going to the Blue Gate, otherwise, go somewhere else.

The location was AWESOME for our visit to the PAC, could not have been better.

I found the location to be kind of 'low rent', not very top notch. The electric connections in the lamps were deficient and I could only use a wall mounted power connection to get my phones charged.

Not made aware that there was no elevator in this building. Friend that accompanied me is having knee surgury 10/21/25. Man behind desk was told this and he said that at 5 p,m, all main floor rooms taken. He did not offer to assist her with bag nor call anyone else, to assist. 2 people in late 70s had to manage their luggage upstairs. On checkout a lady that was possibly an owner asked abt our stay and we expressed our dissatisfaction. She stated that should not have happened but that was all. Peopel should be aware, no elevator in facility.

The breakfast was great. The eating area was bright, clean and inviting. Hotel and room was clean overall. The air conditioning worked well. It was quiet.

The room needed painted badly. The walls were scratched and chipped. It felt neglected. Fresh paint in a color that compliments the carpet/bedding would make the same room feel so much nicer. It was listed as a queen bed and it was a full. We asked for an extra pillow and had to go get it. When my husband went to get one, he was handed a pillow with stains on it. When he pointed it out, the clerk simply said "ok" and got him a different one. We expected better for a room that typically costs $175 a night.

Quite and Comfortable

Chose to sleep in and did not use the breakfast benefit as it ended at 9 AM. The facility looked clean and was well located. It was a quite, comfortable stay. I would stay here again without hesitation. Great location between sites and next to a gas station for a quick fill-up.

For a queen size bed, it seemed a little small... more like a full size bed, however it was comfortable though a little tight for two people.

They couldn't accommodate us, and would not refund, and its a painstaking process to call an talk with a live person from booking.com with any questions or concerns. Will not ever use booking.com again.
