Everything was nice clean and comfy.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was so clean and it was a very nice hotel. Very glad that I stayed there.

I liked everything but maybe have bananas for breakfast and toaster did not seem to work

We stayed two night and it was pricy not worth the money we paid. The matress to the sofa bed was stained, and worn down, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Very Very Dissatisfied. The bed had something sticking out at the bottom side , part of the frame that I could gather and I struck my ankle on it several time. The base of the toilet was not clean properly. Breakfast would have been decent but they kept running out of food, no syrup for pancakes, no eggs, biscuits, etc. By the time we ate our food was cold.

It would have been helpful to have told about the road closure which slowed us down getting to the facility.

Beginning at the parking lot, we were very pleased with how this hotel represents itself. Everything was attractive and clean. This location definitely meets the eye test. The lobby and dining area were both very clean and the room was clean and roomy.

The hotel grounds were nicely kept and the daily breakfast was always hot and always full.

Housekeeping comes to your room on the 4th day after a 3 day stay. You can, however, call for towels. The room was a bit dated and plain. I don't know if they were redecorating or something, but our room only had a shade in the window as others had curtains. Unfortunately we will not stay again.

We had a pull out couch mattress issue but the GM and staff figured out a solution and the second night was excellent!!

Phone didn’t work in the room and when I reported it, they were already aware but said nothing & took no action. When asking about local activities, front desk personnel were not very helpful or informed.

Room size was good.

Did not provide a requested handicap room. Allowed dogs in the rooms and we were annoyed with barking a lot of the time.

The Jacuzzi tub in the King Room was the highlight of our stay. The furniture was pretty solid oak and simply decorated. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was so quiet we didn’t hear anyone at all. It was like we had the place to ourselves but the lot was full. The bathroom smart mirror was amazing for makeup application along with the magnifying mirror and clothesline option in the shower. The room was extremely clean- by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve traveled the US. The location felt very very safe and serene and half the price of the hotels near Notre Dame. Only a 40 min drive from there was also amazing. The area offers great things too look at and site see! Their concert venue in Shipshewana looked great too. Excellent place for the family to visit, beautiful fall decor galore, and also excellent for a romantic getaway. The hotel smelled fresh but not over powering and they also offered a sweet crib setup if you were in need of one. The heated pool area was super clean and inviting along with the setting areas throughout to visit.

Weak Wifi, the toilet was SO LOW! Reverberating noise at night.

It was close to attractions but a little out of the way of busy activity. We liked that it had several areas that we could sit and privately visit with one another, in addition to being clean and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Room was more like a suite, it was exceptional. Location was ideal. Super clean and quiet.

Bed was soft as were the pillows.

We had a King suite, lots of room as we traveled with our dogs.

Maybe a little play area for kids or a coupon to get in the flea market.

King size bed Sheets were stained with something red , wanted to remove the sheets but the mattress cover had urine and feces stains on it. The mattress was worn out The pillows had a smell of sweat. This visit was for our anniversary , I could hardly sleep on this disgusting bed. We discussed with staff , they said to contact booking.com 245.00 room should be the BEST!

It was a little dirty. Our room smelled like something had been wet too long.

We have stayed here at least 4 times in the past year and have always been very happy. The front desk staff were always helpful but not this time.

Unfortunately, I had a recent injury and since no handicapped room was available it was a miserable experience for me to get up off the toilet which is very low anyway. This room had zero grab bars near the toilet which was a nightmare for me. Room was comfortable otherwise. Breakfast lady Lisa did great keeping everything stocked. Front desk staff did their job but seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Pillows were terrible flat and lumpy. Lost power due to storm for 3 hrs. Very poor back up lighting in hallways and no power at all in room
