Booked the room to have a crib since I had a 3 month old and when we arrived they said the room that was booked didn’t come with a crib. Would’ve been nice if the listing didn’t say cribs were available for the room when it really wasn’t

Room fairly clean, lots of dust though which sucked for my husband (who has asthma and ended up waking up 3 times in the night to use his inhaler and did not end ip sleeping well). Might want to think about pulling out the lysol though since its cold season and my toddler has not felt good since visiting the hotel. Also the wifi signal was absolutely horrible and i was not able to do any work at the hotel.

Hotel is beautiful, staff friendly. Hardest beds I’ve ever slept on, and the walls are so thin. Could hear people upstairs walking, and could hear people moving in hallway starting at 4am. This was a work trip and stayed in a hotel only to sleep, and that was nearly impossible. Will not be back.

I have stayed at all the hotels in the area. This was my least favorite. Everything was so outdated. It felt like a cheap motel with expensive hotel prices. Breakfast was also not great. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

AC was not working. Claimed it worked the day before. Front desk even checked it out and confirmed it wasn’t working . Was given a fan but no maintenance and would not check for another room. No discount offered, just a simple I’m sorry is all we got. Really sad how bad the service has gotten there.

What a beautiful hotel. Great staff. Rooms clean and very roomy. Nice big bathroom . The breakfast was delicious. No complaints. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Shipshawana ❤️

The place wasn't as friendly as I thought it would be. Nobody said good morning or good evening as you walked past the front desk. If you went in the side door you were greeted with smoke from the smokers. Overall, it was OK but not worth the price. Shopping was nice and the people there were very friendly. Breakfast was the same thing every day for the 3 days were were there.A little variety wouldn't hurt. The rooms were nice and bed was comfy. Overall, I would shop around town again, but would probably stay near Goshen or South Bend and drive into town.

Hotel is fine for a brief stay. It offers free breakfast but it’s typical fare: powdered scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy. Also a waffle iron to make your own. The room was comfortable but we were surprised that the pillows were so small and lightweight for a king size bed. I had to use 3 pillows in order to adequately support my head. Its location is about a mile north of the main attractions in Shipshiwana so just a quick drive away. It’s a fine hotel for a visit to Amish country but it’s not spectacular

Check in was quick. We had a queen suite and it was very spacious. Had all the amenities we could need. Pool was a salt water pool and warm enough to swim in. Breakfast had a good variety of items.

Our stay at the Van Buren Hotel was enjoyable. We took our little dog with us on this trip. Our dog friendly room was large and very clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, so they were able to answer all our questions. Breakfast was well stocked and tasted great. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
