Only problem was the hot tub was closed

The room was spotless once we found it. We got off the elevator with no visible directions and wandered around for awhile before we found directions on the backside of a wall. Sad the pool was closed, and the breakfast bar was excellent however a long way from our room. Never did see the front desk again till we drove to the other end of the complex upon our departure.

Was not happy to be woken up at 0800 with vacuums a loud housekeeping walk e talkies outside our door. Plus you need to oil the wheels on the vacuum, I could hear them squeak inside our room.

24/7 hot coffee available in at least two locations and a very nice breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds and an attractive pool that I hadn't foreseen so didn't take a suit. Next time I'll check the pool out- and yes, there will be a next time!

A great place to stay & enjoy our time in Shipshewana. Would suggest an improvement to the shower in our room - it is too low and the water was tepid and not warm enough. Thank you for your hospitality! This area was beautiful!

Only downfall was we were unable to have access to the hot-tub. When we travel it makes a big difference to have a pool and hot-tub. Your maintenance guy was awesome in accommodating us by providing his service to get into our vehicle. Thank you Full Gospel care group

The room itself was great, but I was not happy with the check in and check out period and hotel cleaning staff. My wife and I arrived around noon, and I know that check in is suppose to be at 3pm but I received an email from them stating that my room was ready and waiting for us. Due to that email I assumed my room was ready and I could check in early. When we got there, they said my room was not ready so my wife and I had to kill time until check in. I was also woken up before 8am by the hotel cleaning staff knocking on doors to clean the rooms on top of the rude hotel guests making noise when signs are present saying "quiet zone". During the check out process, all they cared about is getting the room keys. They didn't care about how my stay was.
