The unit served the purpose. Close to the beach and many walkable restaurants.

Location was great. It was a two minute walk to the beach. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. While we were unpacking the luggage out of our car and bringing up to our unit we received a parking ticket. I informed manager Marie and she offered to pay half of the ticket fine.

Lovely location, nice extras in closet for use, fantastic staff

Good location, and the layout of the apartment worked very well for us. The staff was great and very helpful. We needed more linens and they delivered almost immediately. The were great about storing our luggage after checkout since we had several hours before our flight. Nice quiet area, but close to the beach. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, unbrellas, and more in the closet to use.

I know that plumbing in the older buildings in Hollywood is difficult to maintain, but not being able to flush even toilet paper was strange.

It was clean inside and close to the beach.

The room was very small. Looked like a storage room. The bed was very small. The air conditioner was noisy. And a sign in the bathroom said do not flush toilet paper. What the hell. Maybe some of the other rooms were better but not 4-1 room.

Everything was great — highly recommended!

Everything was excellent! The apartment has two rooms, two beds, and a comfortable sofa. Everything works perfectly. Parking is very convenient. We arrived early and were allowed to check in before 3 PM without any issues. All the passwords and instructions were provided in advance, so everything was simple and easy to understand. And the best part, of course, is the ocean — just a 3-minute walk away. Everything was great — highly recommended!

Wonderful motel would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautifully maintained with lots of beautiful plants, flowers and vegetation. Our room was very cozy, quaint and clean. Steps from the beach, which was amazing and also the free parking.

There’s a bit of road noise from Ocean Boulevard but cannot really be heard when the AC is on. The mattress desperately needs to be replaced, unfortunately I did not sleep too well because of it.

Great location for the price

Facility was clean and well kept. There was a washing machine and dryer on property. Check in and out was super easy and staff were very responsive.

There was no switch for the overhead light/fan in the room. This made I had to run the air conditioner more because I couldn't turn on the fan.

Relaxing, peaceful, and a beautiful beach stay!

the proximity to the beach was perfect, just pick up your beach chair and walk! Also they supply beach chairs and towels which was perfect! loved that it was on the boardwalk but a little farther north so it was quieter and not a party scene. We ended up with a suite which was like a little apartment and had everything you needed!

We had two nice beds, one was firm and one was pretty soft. My mom enjoyed sleeping in the soft one, but not sure if that would be ideal for everyone.

Nice stay simple for our anniversary 25th.

Super clean, comfortable bed, quiet, easy to parking, and walk to beach. Communications are easy and way. Wifi is very good. Kitchenware are very simple and not everything. We used and cooking.

ALL Blind shadow need replace and better block dark. Every night, We cannot sleep because old blind shadow is loose and bright from outside lights. We are not comfortable with blind shadow loose. Someone can see us at night. Also, AC digital blue light bright bedroom at night.

The host overbooked, told us we had to move rooms the last night of our stay, then told us she would not refund the money unless she was able to book the room we that were to move to.

Close to the beach.

The Coffee machine wasn't working, the electric kettle was ginven to us after my request. The cooker was working sometimes. Very poor kitchen items. The water in the shower was barely leaking, low presure. The kitchen furniture old and poor. On the last day there were some little worms walking around the kitchen area. The cleaning lady was eldery and maybe that is why she did not clean good enough. Generally one of the worst accomodation experience so far.

The worst customer service experience from management as no assistance was provided and we were brushed off.

The property is in a very convenient location

My car was vandalised by masked thieves who stole the catalytic converter from my vehicle making it impossible to drive until repaired. Management was nowhere to be found when we called the police. The bathroom were not cleaned properly as there was female hair plastered *all* over the shower wall and in the linens
