Place needed some minor details. The dirt onthe walls in the rooms from where hands usually rest (doors and corners of walls) need to be painted. The scuff marks on the lower portion on the walls could be painted.

Disappointing and not what we expected.

there ws no breakfast at the hotel. the office for check in, and breakfast were about 2 blocks away. The cab dropped us off at the hotel and I had to walk the two blocks to the office to check in

false advertisement. A free breakfast and pool were advertised and were not at the hotel location. the kitchen had no utensils, plates, cups etc.

A place for Spring Break. Not recommended for a pre-cruise stay.

Dirty.......not clean at all We arrived 21h...long day travel....i asked if there was a kitchen. The lady thursdsy night said yes BUT. DID NOT BOTHER TO MENTION that u have to aak for the dishes cutlery cpokware and room service delivers between 10 am and 12 pm. GEESH we were right there checking in...when i called ahe said we can pick it up ..i said. Why not tell us when we were there. She was also rude on the phone. Not in one email...or on booking and only in1 of 6 messages via contact property did they say checkin is at another location. And at the motel..is only a poster on one side wall....not visible from parking area. We had the box of dishes cutlery delivered the next day. Very very small kit... in my booking is clearly says we are 3 adults. Theynonky left 2 of everything....fork knife spoon glass mug plate bowl. 1 Fry pan and 1pot...bith small..cook not even make the whole can of soup. Some child dropped box of cookiea on outdoor stairs....took a longgg time until cleaned up The on wall air conditioner not work....was a stand alone ma hine with vent out of window. Bathroom floor dirty. Paint peeling in many places I took photos. Quite disappointing. I asked on thursday night to have a manager please call me. Never did.

do NOT stay here

We were very disappointed with our room. Really the only thing that seemed clean was the bed, I’ve stayed In nicer places for a similar place, but this place was awful. Looks like they did just enough to make it look decent in a picture but felt like a glorified prison cell in real life. Not to mention, we arrived at 11pm from the airport therefore it was dark. We had know clue the place where you check in is TWO BLOCKS down the road. We saw the signs stating that the next morning but because it was dark we could not see them when we arrived. We called the office and no response. The ONLY reason we were able to find out where to check in was because of two guys who helped us out and they said they had the same experience aswell. The only thing nice about this place is the location. Also we were only able to find 2/5 pools and they usually where full. We would have cancelled but our reservation was non-refundable, we even debated just booking an entirely new place but decided to stick it out for the weekend. So confused because the reviews were pretty decent but we were very disappointed. The pictures I included don’t even do it justice how grimy and beat up this place was.

Breakfast was ready and very well organized. The simple selection offered a good nutritious variety that was always filled. We were greeted each morning by Donna and Adrian with much kindness.

Housekeeping never came to the room.and the television programing was horrible. I couldn't get ESPN nor any other type of sports television at all.

The place could be cleaned more thoroughly. Sand on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, repair the poorly done drywall, stained paint which could be fixed with fresh paint, free parking space for each room not charging $20 a day or at least that’s what was stated at check in.

It's was nice in the room but very inconvenient just for one night.

The suite was well put together .

There where little flies in the bathroom. The TV remote didn't work. I called to see if there were someone to help. They said housekeeping leaves at 12am. So for me to receive batteries I have to walk 3 blocks in the rain. Smh. I feel there should be someone on grounds at all times. Then there's no phone on the room to contact them. So my phone was wet have to wait till it dry to use it. In case of an emergency they should have phones to contact the office. Me and my children were soaked. Try to wash our clothes before we checked out. I only had enough change to wash clothes. Not enough for the dryer. Theres no change machine over there. So they said use the app. Which i did over an hour. Even tried to call my bank. So the app doesn't take all cards. Smh. So i was going up and down stairs 4 times trying to get change. It tanking one of the children bank cards instead smh. The premises should have vendors machines for something to drink as well change near there hotel rooms so they don't have to walk all the way to the office.

The new ownership is just leasing it to whoever they can at whatever they can get.

It’s proximity to the beach is great. We’ve stayed there multiple times, but it seems to have fallen under poor management IMO.

They have several undesirables apparently living there. They claim to have non-smoking rooms yet our room was frequently consumed by smoke from people outside our door till eventually the last day an adjoining tenant was smoking in their room. They were also trying to kill each other it seemed. We brought it to the attention of management who seemed indifferent to all the concerns we had.

The check in staff (Lady) was extremely RUDE. She seemed very upset and rushed. Mumbled most of her check in verbiage and then became upset when I asked "What"...She seemed puzzled that I couldn't understand her mumbling. Other guests at my location had music on till about 3am on the 1st night and what seemed to be a fight broke out in the 2nd night but at least the music was off soon after that.

It was terrible.

It was a great location for the beach.

We never had actual room service, only to drop the towels off. our room never got cleaned. Overall very unorganized. Had to ask separately for dishes and couldn’t even fit the plates in the microwave. Poor service. Waited in line for at least 15 minutes every time I went to the front desk. They never mentioned the troubles to check in. We were to stay at Oceans Sound. we had to walk 2 blocks to check in. They overbooked and moved us to a different hotel completely. For all of the trouble we got nothing in return. Our doors couldn’t even close.

Very good

We absolutely loved the location and amount of space we got. check in was a little annoying since there is no one on site, you have to walk a little ways, luggage inn hand. once we got the the office the people working there were very nice, allowed us to check in early.

There are two things keeping me from giving this location a 10. The bathroom was a little janky, faucet was not secure and the shower was weird. The room smelled funky, like the Ac unit was moldy and needed to be cleaned.
