One of the pools was nice, I liked that it was close to the boardwalk

I didn’t get put in the building I had booked on here I was across the street, I was charged $35 to check in, the staff was rude, the place was NASTY DIRTY (bugs, dirt, grime, etc) not clean like the photos AT ALL. the staff were all rude and I nearly got charged a huge fee for towels because when I went to return them the staff didn’t check me off a list or whatever they needed to do to say I returned them. Thank god I asked when I checked out. Won’t be here again ever.

The room was filthy when we checked in. They were full of dust and the walls were dirty. The floor you can tell had not been stepped or mopped in a few days. We asked for an upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and they told us it would be an additional 400 which we were fine with and then rang our card for 700 plus and said that we misunderstood and that their were no refunds. Horrible service and stay, never again

Nice place but terrible management and ridiculous fees that other hotels do not normally charge.

The room was clean and spacious and reasonably priced for what we got. There was a nice full kitchen with a coffee pot, toaster, overhead microwave, full sized fridge and oven range. The blankets were comfortable and clean. The two tv's had digital cable and fire sticks. The building was separate from the check in center so it was never crowed with workers or people checking in. And because we were almost the only ones in that building it was relatively empty. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The things that made me not want to come back here out weighted the positives about the place. The building we stayed in was being renovated so there were workers at 8-9 am banging around in the various units around us that woke my kids up way too early on most days. There was a few days where they had set up scaffolding in front of the walkways making it very inconvenient to get to our unit. The store attached to the check in was extremely over priced and charged $4 for individual sized sodas and water bottles. The biggest problem we ran into was when we decided we wanted to extend our stay. We were in the hotel room on the day we would have checked out and a few hours before check out we re booked our stay and when we went down to tell them we were staying they made me pay an early check in fee even though we never left the room and they made me give them a second deposit of $100 even though they already had $100 deposit from us. We were having an issue in our home with black mold and we could not go back home so when we decided to stay even longer they continued to do this to us. Charging $55 for early check in and a new $100 deposit each time. Even though we never actually left the unit we were in. They also never had to come in and clean the place and never provided us with new clean linens the entire stay. There were many days where they didn't even pick up our trash even though it said that they took trash daily from outside the front door between 9am-12 noon. By the end of our 2 and a half week stay they had accrued $400 in deposits and didn't release a single one and because of this it was harder for us to keep paying for more days. The manager then started to get an attitude with us when we confronted him about the extra fees and deposits stating that we had caused nothing but problems our whole stay and then he physically pushed my husband when he got angry with him! As long as that manager is still working there, I will not be going back.

I never got past checking in. They tried charging me 30$more and double charged as well kept my deposit and I never got to stay . They are crooks and this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. Never even checked in and I don’t smoke so I want my money back

Honestly this place was a nightmare from beginning to End. Only thing about this place that is nice is that it's walking distance to the beach and THATS IT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TERRIBLE.

What didn't I like was almost Everything honestly this place is a nightmare and should be shut down! SEA ANGEL MORE LIKE SEA DEVIL! First off we didn't find out until we got there that there was one office for the entire property and it was at a different location so it took us about 30 min to locate the front desk, then it was almost 2 hours to 3 hrs to check in. Line was unbareable. Staff for check in was arrogant and rude very unpleasant experience.When we finally checked in we were given a room that was already passed to someone else because the room had a broken a/c. Why would you give us a room with a broken ac?! Room was at 80 degrees and next to the laundry and storage room, terrible Location for a room. The room was disgusting had these nasty purple velvet sheets filled with ashes. Marks and dents on the wall just very bad. Then we were given a second room that at this point we HAD to accept. Ac worked but had disgusting termite eggs all over it in both ac in the living room and main room. On the bed inside the end of the wood bed there was a Drug baggie inside the hole of the wood. Thank Goodness my kids didn't see it how embarrassing and ashamed you should be to have this hotel open to the public. That's not even the worst part. There was a black punched up Pubic hair or head hair left right next to the bed of the pillow gross! The toilet seat was broken and dirty. We basically had to beg for toiletry service and waited hours for any type of bags for the kitchen and dish soap and any housekeeping services like extra towels etc. The kitchen stuff we had to ask for and on top of it coming super late it also came dirty and with hair in it. Yes I have pictures to prove all this ,this isn't just a bad review it has proof. We asked for a roll away bed because we asked for 2 beds like we needed that was the only thing that came within an hour of asking. This place is a scam.

Checking in lasted 1hr ++ I was overcharged $77 and they couldn’t explain why Workers drilling infront of the room door;I couldn’t work The entire apartment needed work - it was a construction site. Never going back and the 7+ rating in booking is not true!! Stay away

Utmärkt läge, men väldigt basic boende.

Frukostutbudet var ok för att vara i USA. Men det kan vara bra att veta att den serveras utomhus. Kan vara väldigt kallt beroende på årstid och dessutom fåglar som hoppar runt bland borden.

Lägenheterna är väldigt basic. Man får be om en papplåda med minimalt med köksutrustning. Rätt kal lägenhet, det fanns inte ens sänglampor i sovrummet, endast takbelysning. Läget är dock väldigt bra. En minut gång till beachwalken. Man har tillgång till pooler på de närliggande hotellen.
