Clean and comfortable providing a good value for the price.

The help was courteous and respectful.

The HVAC unit was noisy and didn’t have a fan only aspect to it to provide white noise to block out the outside noise. No drinking glass provided in the room.

It was in a convenient location and the staff was nice

The fact that I don’t get my room cleaned the entire stay. No new towels, my bed didn’t get made, my trash didn’t get taken out. On the day of checkout they started knocking on my door at 10:30 while I was asleep telling me it was time to check out, I had requested late checkout at 1pm and that was granted. At 12;45 they started knocking again. Both times they woke me up after I had worked all night. I then had to work the next night on 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was also disgusting

Staff was kind

The room had a terrible smell and the bathroom was not properly cleaned- sticky floor and hair on the floor upon arrival. Decor was worn out- crooked and broken lampshades. I do not expect luxury- but I do expect cleanliness for $400 per night in Bloomington

Decent for a few nights

The rooms are dingy and dated. There isn't enough light. But the property works for the purpose - quick stay. The staff are great. Housekeeping is everyday which is a big plus. One of the rooms had an AC issue and we were immediately given a new room. The price is good for the hotel, especially during busy season.

I liked the pool, it was decent. A little too chilly. The staff were friendly too.

I didn’t like the fact the hot tub was closed, the smell of the entire hotel was like a trip to the sewer plant, the breakfast was what you expect in prison, cold items were room temperature, hot items were cold, and the juice was watered down, the elevator was nonexistent. I don’t know how people the luggage carrier upstairs. There must be a ghost. Thank you to the staff for being friendly.

The staffs friendliness I had to stay for almost 2-3 weeks sister was in hospital and this was the only hotel that was close and so glad I stayed the staff is so amazing

Couldn't get out of there fast enough

Not much

Front desk attendant was rude when I asked about the service animal form that it was personal and violated my HIPPA rights, she told me to stay somewhere else if I didn't like it. Room was gross. 3 lamps with very dim bulbs and holes in all three shades. Moth holes in curtains as well. Toilet didn't work either.

Bathroom was dirty and room wasn’t cleaned every day. Hair from last people in tub. Finger nail clippings on stairway. Gross!

Staff was great. Easy to check in and check out.

Super stay at Super 8

The room was spacious, neat & clean. Proximity to college campus is a definite advantage. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

There is no lift to go to the first floor, so you will have to carry your bags up the stairs. Only 1 fruit (orange) was available under breakfast options. Ideally, should also keep bananas & other fruits too. Would have preferred to have a hot water kettle in the room besides the coffee maker. Complimentary water bottles not available.

My stay was cozy, the pool was great, and the people were nice.

It was very nice especially for a value hotel, The people working the front desk were very nice and super helpful. Obviously there were a few things that could’ve been better felt a little rundown but other than that it was very nice and in a fairly quiet location besides the occasional sirens. The pool was clean and heated.

The hot tub in the pool room was out of order which was kind of a bummer. I wanted a water but the vending machine was out so I had to opt for a soda. A few things were sort of out dated, but that’s normal for a super 8 so there was not much expectation there.

the room was nice no issues, the kids had fun playing in the room. room was clean enough for a nights stay. plenty of tv channels to entertain us for the night.

I reserved the room for the pool, and they had it locked down due to weather, but this is an indoor pool. I had asked if it could be open, and it finally was, but it's not a kid friendly pool, there isn't a 3ft , and the pool was so cold, the hot tub is broken and looked to be permanently down. if your looking to just pass thru, it will work.

The hotel location was perfect. I did not partake of the breakfast (I never do). But the coffee was excellent!

I think staff was all wonderful. It's the trashy clientele, that were bothersome. Overly noisy and rude "neighbors." Unfortunately, that seems to be how it is those days.

I was promised a discount for staying during a power outage and didn’t receive any discount, just an uncomfortable night

Staff was friendly

I arrived late from out of state and there was no electricity! Staff said local utility company said it would be back on by midnight. It was after 11:00 PM when I arrived. Staff said if I stayed I would get a 35% discount. They had to walk me upstairs with a flashlight. I asked if it was ok to use the shower, she said absolutely. I used the flashlight on my phone to see in my room, there was NO hot water. It was hot and the air was so still all night! To top it off, I didn’t receive any discount! When I checked out we were still without power.
