My room was clean and very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the heater worked well. I slept well and had a good stay

Honestly couldn't wait to leave this property

Great location, friendly staff, decent room

Paid approximately $750 for a two night, weekend stay - IU football weekend. Three things of note: 1. No maid service during our stay. We certainly would expect this at a minimum, especially at this rate. 2. Found a pair of earrings left by the previous patrons on the bathroom sink counter. We can only conclude that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival - GROSS!!! I turned in the items at the front desk after our first night. They were thankful and sorry but no remedy offered. 3. Really weak water pressure - shower especially.

Breakfast did not have bagels or bread. There was no attendant to answer any questions.

The first room that I was assigned had no air(AC unit was not working). I was moved to another room where the bathroom tub was clogged.

It was good and accommodating

The breakfast was good, the size of the fridge was great. The AC was nice and cold, the shower was clean and warm. The staff was very helpful and friendly ❤️

The pillows could have been better and the mattress and skirt to the bed need attention and cleaning. The hotel had a different smell to it that could have been better.

Location. Deck with nice views of the lake or stream. Excellent breakfast.

The reason I'm rating the hotel low is because of one major problem. We stayed three days. We asked that we get a new set of towels. That request was not met. The roof needed cleaning before we arrived and remained on cleaned throughout. I don't like to rate things low and I am not a "hard grader" but the simple act of providing clean towels on a three day stay and not cleaning the room is total unacceptable.

Location was within 2 miles of the event we were attending that week. Price was reasonable, room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. Breakfast was adequate, though scrambled eggs, when served, tended to be dry. Overall quite satisfied with our stay.

We were there for orientation at IU it was a clean, decent hotel for the price.

The rooms were clean and fairly updated. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is hard to get to and looks awful from the outside. If I had gone on the outside appearance alone we would have left immediately. Thankfully the interior lobby areas and the rooms are nicer.
