Relaxing, cozy and a warm hug for the soul!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile (Mike) and offered a glass of wine. Our cottage was so cozy and comfortable. The pastries at our doorstep every morning was such a treat. The music was amazing, the fireplace was perfect. Mike told us about the history of the property and took such pride in it. The deep bathtub was great. Honestly every single detail was so appreciated and thought out. We loved everything about the cottages and will 100% be back! Thank you for a romantic, cozy Valentine weekend, Nancy and Kurt

The property was amazing and lovely! I feels like being up in the mountains!! The cottage we stayed in was # 8 the original cottage and we absolutely loved so very much!! What a great romantic place to be! Mike the owner was filled with love, with an amazing positive energy to the point I wanted to just hang out with him and listen to his history!! I have traveled the world and this was a perfect 10 right here in lovely Napa Ca!! My only regret is I did not book more nights to enjoy the game rooms the fire pit!!

Enjoyed the rural location..saw balloons flying overhead..lots of wildlife..close to Napa. Breakfast: for a three day stay, the pastries were less appreciated on the last day. Mike was searching for ways to increase a meals protein and I believe that the small dish of scrambled eggs, cheese, spinach and spices hit the target.

I really had difficulty using the tV remote. I even had the office lady give me a tutorial. The slow speed of the remote when you hit a button was frustrating. Commands were unlike any remote I have used. I didn't want to spend the time to master the remote so I ended up not watching TV...not a bad thing really. I did appreciate the sound system.

Relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting

The staff was very accommodating. The cottages were beautiful and had so many nice little extras like a basket of bakery items delivered every morning and fresh squeezed Orange juice refilled daily. We enjoyed the little fireplace in the cottage and a fully equipped kitchen. The fire pit was great in the evening. The bathroom had a big tub and a shower with double sinks. There was a covered porch with a swing that was very relaxing. I can’t think of anything else we needed!

Everything about our stay was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Charming, comfortable, clean, friendly staff in addition to the "little things" like a chilled bottle or wine and water, a basket of snacks, coffee and chilled OJ, not to mention we loved waking each morning to a basket of pastries from Bouchon bakery. Everything we needed for a restful, enjoyable week in Napa ~and more!

nothing (a ceiling fan would be nice and some usb ports) but the "modern amenities" other hotels offer do not match the quaintness, charm and comfort of The Cottages at Napa.
