Fine but still some kinks to work out

Aesthetically the room was very pretty. The happy hour and breakfast were a nice touch. The bathroom was amazing, nice soaking tub.

The hotel is supposedly no longer under construction however, we were placed in the “wellness Wing“ the Wing is essentially a stark hallway that smelled very strongly of chlorine and across from our room was a construction zone, my partner said it felt like a dorm. There was construction equipment parked outside of our window and while the room was pretty nothing worked the way it should. Our fridge was not working so I used the chat feature in the Hilton app to contact the front desk to fix it, which took hours to receive a response and more than half our stay to get fixed. Nespresso in our room didn’t work. Could never get connected to the WiFi and there is no cell signal in the rooms. The thermostat only works to control the temperature in the sitting room which took us a while to realize. There are also lights around the base of the bed that are motion sensor which seems like a nice touch until someone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the room lights up like the sun, we couldn’t figure out how to disable this feature.

The room was great The remodeled bathroom with soaking tub was fantastic - and the bed very comfortable.

The parking charge of 25 dollars a night was not included in our Booking .com reservation, and was not made clear to us at check-In. So we were given an unexpected surprise on our invoice after our stay. Also pet fee policy was not shared during our Booking.com reservation, which would have helped inform our decisions and budget planning.

It was a nice place, but given the price, I would not stay there again until its fully up & running

the room was really nice and newly renovated. Loved the extra touches and details. Very comfortable.

The breakfast was not to my expectations, since the restaurant was under construction. If that had been clear at the time of booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. Happy hour was also underwhelming. Not enough seating and ran out of plates and then food. Both breakfast and happy hour were held in the lobby.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff

Amazing staff especially Deborah, who did a sensational job of helping us. The walk-in breakfast was perfect and the drink vouchers were a lovely touch. Couldn't fault the rooms and the pool/spa, was great value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel and was in a great locations for downtown Napa & also a nice conduit to the Napa region.

Beautiful property . The renovation was transformative. The bathroom was immaculate. we had a fire pit and freestanding tub and it was everything. Location is perfect!

Maybe road highway noise on the back of hotel. It wasn’t bad but every now and then someone would be gun it to get on highway.

I liked that it was modern and very clean

They didn’t have the made to order breakfast that embassy is known for. Very upsetting and I even called and they did not mention their breakfast is not available. Ready mad McDonald’s style mc muffins and burittos were among the choices. Very disappointing.

The complimentary happy hour was decent, parking was easy, room had a comfy bed, easy to have flowers delivered to my room, close to downtown Napa

Upon arrival there was a debate about the number of people in my reservation - receptionist wanted me to pay extra cost which was not professional. Finally it was not needed but not a good start honestly. Gym was under renovation which was not indicated in advance. Too loud music in the courtyard early in the morning

Perfect hotel and location for a fun weekend in Napa

The staff was friendly and helpful and provided some great recommendations. The room was clean, nice, comfortable and much bigger than expected. I really liked that we had a slider to get some fresh air. The courtyard in the middle is very cute and welcoming. Will absolutely stay here again when in Napa!

The property is undergoing refurbishment which we were not made aware of. There were boarded up areas, only partial breakfast facility which was inadequate and the outside terrace no longer exists. The pool area was almost finished but not yet available for use so we paid for a day entry to another hotel to use their outdoor area

Exceptional hotel but food not up to par.

The room is exceptional. The bedroom is spacious, with comfortable beds. The linen is top quality. The bathroom is an experience on its own. Heated toilet seat, with a walk-in shower room and lovely designs. All very modern.

The breakfast is extremely poor quality. The pancakes were dry with semi-frozen berries in them. The coffee is extremely bad as well.
