The room was comfortable and great service.

The double queen room was large and comfortable for our girls weekend. We loved that it had a fire place and large beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was good and the room came with a $40 credit per day towards the breakfast. The staff was lovely - honestly super quick to help with any questions and very friendly. The decor in the breakfast room is really cute too.

We didn't like the tv in the room. It didn't work well and the satellite company they used was difficult to navigate. We also had to call in for service as we had a broken screen and a few light bulbs out in the room. They were quick to make repairs. The location is close to Hwy 19, so some noise in the morning and backs up to a residential neighborhood.

Welcoming, tasteful, and close to lots!

Quiet room right next to a vineyard ad the main road, recently renovated, welcoming, and tasteful. The pillows are great. Warm fireplace with comfy sitting area. Our room even had a peek at the vineyard, access to a cozy patio with a firepit where you can catch a view of hot air balloons in the morning.

The bed was a bit hard, but the hotel is a wonderful spot to unwind and access all things Napa.

The scenery was great. We were by the pool and our room was quiet. Loved the heated tile in the bathroom.

The bathroom sink was clogged and took a while to drain and the blow dryer was really dirty.

We had an amazing stay

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. Stylish yet comfortable. We chose the Vineyard King Suite and we enjoyed views of the vineyard from our patio area. Pity the neighbouring vineyard owner is planning to build a house right in front of those rooms facing the vineyard, but at least we got to enjoy it before it has been built. We liked the selection of food for the breakfast menu with some healthy choices. Staff were all friendly and happy to help.

Aside from breakfast, limited food offering, bar closed at 9 so quite early and little evening atmosphere. A little off the beaten track with only one restaurant within walking distance ( was actually very good).

Beautiful stay well worth the money. Highly recommended

Beautifully designed - decor was stunning. So comfortable and spacious. We stayed in the vineyard king which was gorgeous. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great firepit areas, outdoor heated pool, fitness suite so many facilities and little extra touches. Great bar service.

Shame the freeway was just to the side of our vineyard view. The noise doesn’t disturb you when the doors are closed in your room but you can hear it on the balcony and oool area. But honestly it seems in Napa area this is standard.

Loved the property ,grounds , pool , spa . Rooms were exceptional .. loved the bed and the sheets were so nice. We had the vineyard view room and it was wonderful .

Quite nice though not worth the money

The room was clean and large, well appointed with a comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and courteous.

The grounds aren’t as large as the official photos make the grounds out to be which was really disappointing. So once you left your room you were very close to other guests. The restaurant felt more like a large lounge with a tv showing sports and had no dinner tables just lounge chairs with low coffee tables. Service was from a small coffee bar area. The fire pit is set between two room blocks so it felt o over looked and blocked in. This is not a cheap hotel to stay at so somewhat disappointed.

5 star stay, would definitely book again.

Breakfast was delicious, fast. The soaking tub was wonderful. Decent water pressure. Hot tub was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We requested a vineyard view and had a first floor patio. It was quiet and exactly as pictured. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Excellent location, surrounded by vineyards, just 10 minutes from downtown Napa or Yountville. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the rooms (especially the Vineyard Double Queen Suite with the terrace just a step away from the vineyard and Senza Loft Suite) are newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are elegant and spacious. Breakfast is outstanding, and the service at both breakfast and dinner is truly impeccable, warm, attentive, and professional. Beautiful firepits create a cozy atmosphere throughout the property, and the jacuzzi staying open until 10 PM is a perfect way to unwind after dinner.

While the hotel excels in location, room quality, and restaurant service, room for improvement areas are: • The cleanliness of the pool, jacuzzi, and surrounding area was below expectations, not in line with the hotel’s overall standard (hotel acknowledged that and appologized); • “Breakfast included” as listed on Booking.com is misleading: in reality, there is a $40 breakfast credit per day, per room, which barely covers half the cost for a family of four, with an average bill around $100; • Booking.com also offers a “Half Board” option at €17 per person, yet the hotel staff were unaware of this and do not provide it, leading to confusion and disappointment; • Lastly, front desk service was noticeably slower and less responsive than the exceptional service provided in the restaurant; Our room was not cleaned until after 4:00 PM and only when we specifically requested it, which impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the space.

Wonderful. Will go again

Greatly enjoyed "The Library" and the breakfast $40 credit. Breakfast's avocado toast was delicious. Loved the coffee, tea, and decaf available 24/7. If I had more time, I would have played one of the board games on the shelves. Loved the fire pit facing the vineyard and happy that it was easy to turn on ourselves (didn't have to bother a staff member). LOVED our corner room #20!!

The minor inconveniences - leaves in the hot tub, the hot tub jets were aggressive and splashed UP and IN to the tub rather than soothing. A little awkward to sit in the hot tub with people working out so close. (privacy screen of vines/lattice possible?).

We were welcomed with an early check in on request. We opted to upgrade our room with Vineyards opening to our balcony. Overall the room was very clean, all the amenities were in place. The decor was just perfect. We didn't expect it to be so nice. The overall staff was very helpful and courteous. There was also a nice italian restaurant just around the corner which was excellent. It came as a surprise. Highly recommended stay in this hotel.

Spacious room, clean, very comfortable bed, great food in the restaurant, very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely gardens and view of neighbouring vineyard.

Comfortable, peaceful hotel located very close to the best wineries!

Great property located in Napa close to majority of the wineries. Only a 30 min drive even to Calistoga. The vineyard view rooms are fantastic. Rooms are modern and spacious and so are the bathrooms. The hotel itself feels modern and nice. The pool, hot tub and fitness center are all great additions. The onsite cafe/restaurant is useful and has some decent food options if you want to stay back and enjoy. If you have an EV, they have a bunch of chargers located around the property. Some Tesla ones and some other ones which is a nice convenience to have, especially complimentary.

Unfortunately, the pool water was freezing cold and hard to get in even when it was warm outside. Other hotel patrons said they had asked the staff about it multiple times. I also complained to the staff and to their credit they did go check it after and it got warmer the following day but the damage was done.

Luxury and great value (pool could be better)

We opted for the high end rooms and had a beautiful terrace overlooking vineyards. Our room was luxurious. Beautiful bathroom and nice fireplace/tv area in room to chill with wine. Free parking.

Only had decaf pods for the rooms (but could get proper coffee in reception free of charge) Pool area could be better. Debris in the pool from trees/bugs needs cleaning out more often. At 40 degrees you need to be in the pool if outside, it wasn’t very enticing. Should also invest in more luxury sun loungers (cabanas were nice), to match the vibe of the rest of the property.

Was not given any notice of construction during our stay. Unfortunately we were in the main building where it was taking place and the noise level was disturbing. We also did not have hot water for one day and the staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care. We had to take freezing showers for an event and were very unhappy.

SENZA Hotel is a lovely place to rest, and enjoy all of what Napa Valley has to offer

The hotel was under construction while we were there so there were no indoor facilities for breakfast. However they had a lovely assortment of carry and go breakfast food set up outside with coffee and iced water. The staff was very friendly and our room was beautiful. We were on the first level with a patio overlooking a vineyard. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A gas fireplace, coffee bar with fridge and microwave were great additions to the room
