On a positive note ~ the remodel of the rooms around the pool look great! We are usually in the back. And the breakfast room was a great idea too!
I have stayed at the El Bonita many times over the past 15 years. I have never dealt with a non-caring individual as I had to this past weekend. Our room was to be 2-beds (3 people) and he couldn’t care less. Terrible customer service. I get it that you’re sold out, but not an offer for a rollaway, nothing! We worked it out amongst ourselves, since others in our group were staying there too. Really hope they get rid of the biker dude wearing an Iron Maiden ratty T-shirt before the next time we stay there.
