Perfect Napa Valley location!

The location was perfect, just one block to the shops on Main Street in St Helena. The breakfast each day was amazing, different each day and so delicious. One day we enjoyed breakfast in the patio garden.

A perfectly lovely venue to use as a base for your wine tour.

This is an amazing hotel to stay at. The rooms were exceptional and the lounge/balcony were just lovely for chilling out with a book. The breakfast was superb.

The set time for breakfast (9am) would perhaps be an issue for some guests, we wanted to check out earlier but it was worth waiting an extra hour !

A lovely place to spend one or several days.

Inn St Helena is a lovely Victorian-age inn, divided between two houses. It is furnished with beautiful period antiques. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds and private bathrooms. The house we were in has a modern shared kitchen, living room, and TV room. There is off-street parking behind the houses. The included breakfast is excellent. It was great sharing breakfast and visiting with the other guests.

A beautiful and romantic bed and breakfast for a relaxing weekend in wine county.

The breakfast was amazing, the little cookies and port that was left out for the guests was a really nice touch. I loved the central location which made it super convenient to get to restaurants and wineries (we didn't even need to drive, we just walked from our wine tasting to our dinner reservation back to the inn). The amenities were great too, I really loved the jacuzzi and the patio.

Perfect location, charming room (we stayed in the loft suite), delicious breakfast! Beds were extremely comfortable!

Would have been nice to receive a tour of the property so we could take full advantage of the amenities offered (including hot tub, snacks, etc.). Would definitely return to this property though!

15 steps with luggage to the loft. Need to get a person to help carry luggage up or pack light if you are slightly out of shape. Go anyway!!

Our room was extremely dark and small, when my husband had to get ready for dinner, I had to be in bed in order to let him move around the room. My husband ran out of hot water while taking a shower… brrr Our greeter was quite rude and snappy.

Very pleasant!

Location was walkable to town, very pretty gardens, and welcoming staff. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented. Sit down meal, Each day was special and unique. There is a deck on the second story to sit on and read. We had wine and cheese and fresh cheese, choc chip cookies one evening and good suggestions from our host, Julian. A community room on the second floor had coffee and tea in the morning and provided a place to work in comfort. The room (the Edward) was comfortable, bed linens were crisp and clean. The bathroom / Shower was clean and pretty, We really enjoyed this property and the charm it offered. We met fun people at the meals and would go back. Parking was also very easy!

'The bathroom suggesting a higher table to keep bathroom / makeup essentials at more counter height. AC could have been more effective as we were hot at night as were other guests.

Absolutely fabulous location! Cute, historical house. Delicious, hearty breakfast! Spacious, comfy room and bathroom. Enhanced clean. Private patio is nice touch, when it’s not 90+° out.

Quite noisy, despite specifically choosing the Deluxe King Mollie Day Room noted on the website as being ‘quiet and private’. It’s right next to the shared parking lot and staff’s laundry/supply room (with adjoining door that was open/in use when we entered the room!). It’s also on the same floor as kitchen so ‘sleeping in’ (past 6:30-ish am) or an afternoon nap was not an option. There was no host on site to greet/check in/out, and the room/house key was left in an envelope taped to the main door. Impersonal, but served the purpose. The strong, unpleasant chemical smell of the cleaners lingered for quite a while and we had to open up the sliding doors to exhaust the room (not ideal in 100°). Climate control (wall AC) is outdated and noisy and kept loudly turning on and off to regulate, which would wake us up throughout the night. Would likely go back but I’d definitely choose a different room to hopefully avoid the above issues.

Cannot imagine a better place to relax on vacation. Ideal location and thoughtful touches. The team is incredibly charming and we had such a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful, overall, charming experience!

Due to off season we were given coupon for downtown bakery for breakfast which was delicious, our choice, and fun cultural experience.

Since we’re 75 the over bath tub shower was a bit of a challenge but since the entire experience was excellent, I’ll take a sponge bath anyway. Lol
