Extreme disappointment.

Very good location. It was close to everything we wanted to do and still out of the busy area. It has a nice courtyard area with multiple areas to just hangout.

This was my third stay at the Napa Valley Lodge. I upgraded to the Hearth Room again to enhance our romantic getaway with a fireplace only to find the fireplace had been dismantled leaving only the opening and the hearth. To say I was disappointed is an extreme understatement. Hotels have an obligation to disclose such changes and renovations in progress especially when it's part of rhe room description. When questioning the front desk about the missing fireplace, their casual attitude and response made me angry. This error by the hotel had a major impact on the trip.

When selecting a lodging for our stay, we were impressed by the lighted fireplace in the Deluxe King rooms.. We were very disappointed to find out after we registered and settled in to our room that fire places in the lodge rooms had been deactivated months ago. What was offered in choosing the room was in fact not available.

Yountville is obe of the bestvplace in Napa michelin restaurant the resort is lovely We loved the pool and the big room with fireplace. The location is great they have an amazing bakery near by to get sandwiches and snack. We love almost everything is very comfortable for families

Location, pool area and its facilities were excellent! Also the breakfast was good including fresh fruits and fish.

Unfortunately, we found ourselves in a room with tiny tiny bugs swarming around the balcony chairs. As soon as we noticed them on our clothes and skin before heading out for dinner, we had to wash our clothes and ourselves to prevent them from entering our luggage or hair. We promptly informed the staff about the problem, and they attempted to spray the chairs with bug spray, but it was unsuccessful. Last night, the balcony chairs were replaced with “normal” outdoor chairs. Regrettably, we couldn’t enjoy the balcony as we had hoped during our stay. The hotel apologized for the inconvenience and offered us both a complimentary drink.

Relaxing vibes in Napa Valley

Lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and accommodations are super comfortable. Our room overlooked the garden and swimming pool — that, together with the hills in the background, created the perfect vibe for a relaxing time. Breakfast was solid with lots of options. The reception staff was incredibly nice with us.

The pool, facilities and grounds were especially lovely, as was the breakfast and building that housed it.

The shower water pressure was weak. I did complain to management, who apologetically explained that it was an unfortunate fluke just the day of our stay.
