The place to stay in Napa Valley

First off, hat off to Candice. She is THE best. Not only she helped us months in advance to our arrival, suggesting places to visit and things to do, but she was an extrordinary person that took care of us every day. She deserves all the credit. Then you got the place: Great location, close to Yountville, Oakville and Saint Helena. You got the superb breakfast, the comfy beds, the fluffy towels, the GREAT OWN WINE! You got the firepit, the barn, the gym, the vineyards... You got it all.

Perfect

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid in. Agree with all the other positive attributes others have mentioned.

Nothing. One suggestion would be to offer their wine either upon check in or maybe a daily happy hour? I didn’t realize the connection to a reputable winemaker until after our stay. There were bottles in the room but we would’ve been charged to open them. Seems like a perfect opportunity to offer a taste to guests and perhaps we would’ve left new fans.

The Ideal Napa Getaway

A hyper farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, just like you'd expect in wine country. The view from the window of vineyards and hot air balloons floating overhead lifted my spirits from the morning. The fireplace was also great. Temperature control via air conditioning was a bit tricky, with low-frequency noise, but the fireplace stepped up to the plate instead. The spacious, pleasant bathroom was another favorite point. Lastly, having Bouchon Bakery bread delivered every morning is a privilege unique to staying near Yountville.

The room I stayed in was small—adequate for one person, but if there are two guests, it might be better to request a different room. Also, if there had been a small corner sofa in the back corner space, I think it would have been more comfortable for enjoying wine or breakfast.

Superb, wish we had stayed longer

Breakfast was good and we requested some yoghurt as the standard breakfast only included pastries. They supplied this for both mornings with some fresh fruit which was great service. The Inn has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard. The fixtures and fittings, art, etc are of a high quality. The gardens are peaceful and beautiful with a view across to the vineyards. We didn't use the barn as there was not time, but this is a fabulous indoor/outdoor space to sit and listen to music and drink a glass of wine! The bathroom was of a good size and the shower size was excellent.

The room was a little small, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. The gym was OK, but could do with a few more pieces of equipment.

It was a very comfortable and deserves all the great reviews. Nothing was too much and Zoe was very helpful

Location was good and while out of town, close enough to get Ubers around in the evenings for dinner. The barn was also excellent for some after dinner chilling by the fire place a nice touch.

While the breakfast bakeries included during the stay were lovely, they were all sugar filled and probably not ideal to start the day with. The little fruit jars were excellent but for a couple, a tiny amount to share. Maybe some fruit with yogurt on the side with something less sweet would be better.

Very friendly host. The effort to make your stay great was flawless. Rooms are very nice and clean. Courtyard area was nice to sit in. It has a Small barn to sit in as well.

Charming inn was the highlight of our trip

The innn was the highlight of our trip! Bouchon Bakery was delivered to our door every morning, and we ate our goodies on the back patio to start each day. The inn was charming, quiet, peaceful, and easy. I just loved everything about it. Delightful experience!

Perfect !!

Have stated in many hotels around the world and my husband and I both agreed that we thought it was the most comfortable, clean, well laid out and attention to detail we have experienced. The bed, linens, robe, spacious bathroom, breakfast deserve particular mention. It just felt relaxed and a perfect fit for our requirements.

If I had to find something - water pressure and water in shower could be hotter. Not really a huge issue though.

Bucolic cottage with great breakfast and staff and lovely rooms

Breakfast was exceptional, as it was croissants, muffins, and scones from Bouchon bakery dow the street in Yountsville. The room was large and the bed very comfortable, The staff could not be more accommodating, and help us sent our wine back to home through the delivery procees. The Barn is an extra space, where one could get snacks and get some work done too, Overall, a lovely place and exceptional experience!

One of the best hotels

Exceed expectations in every detail. It’s the first hotel in our US trip that provides both coffee machine and a real kettle for tea lover! Welcome snacks, cold and room temperature water, spacious room, a note from hotel manager, check-out at 12, no disturbing for breakfast etc. Bed is super cosy, we did have 11 hours sleep! Lots of photography spots and nice common area.

Only one thing, driving is the way to get to and from the hotel. It means that one of us cannot drink if we went out for a meal.

Newish B&B. Nice decor, and really large bathroom.

Next to a noisy foad that makes it difficult to relax on the balcony or backyard, so we barely used either. Elongated room felt a bit claustrophobic in the bed area. Comforter and the rug in bathroom didn’t feel that clean.
