Worst Experience Ever!!

This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed!

Everything! Management is horrible. No clean towels daily. The entire floor smelled of marijuana. I will never stay here again.

When I arrived the room they gave me had the door blocked open and the window open. I closed everything up and could smell a little bit of something??? The bathroom had missing tiles. I also noticed a room two doors down that had a towel rolled up at the bottom of the door. Were they exterminating something??? The gravy at breakfast was semi warm. I stayed here in July and everything was great. Did they change ownership???

The price was great and the staff was friendly.

Watch a staff woman scrap cold breakfast back into a hot crock pot, the tub had chunks/pieces missing and it looked like it could have had mold as well in the tub. The hair dryer was cracked. There was a stain filled chain in the room as well.

This is a Wyndam property so my expectations were high. The building and rooms are in great need of renovation. Bathtub is peeling, moss/mildew growing on the outside of the building, water stains on ceiling, refrigerator clanking throughout the night as it came on/off. Staff and guests surrounding the entrance smoking, for $300/night it did not impress me nor live up to the standards I expect from Wyndam

I would stay here again if the price was lowered. $120 for the room I had just didn't seem worth it.

The breakfast was nice and the staff who I met were extremely kind and friendly.

The TVs are extremely outdated, and the one in my particular room doesn't work correctly. The bathroom in the room needs remodeled as the paint is falling off the interior of the tub and the seams of the shower are peeling/falling apart. which I couldn't confirm if it was just water damaged or potentially moldy.

Great location. Lots of chain and local restaurants close by. The room is very large and clean. Bed linens were soft and comfy. Mattress was very firm but comfortable.

They could use some TLC in the rooms and bathrooms. Everything is clean but our room had grout issues in the bathroom. Overall it's a great place to stay

It was a very relaxing experience.

Hotel was very clean and inviting. We went to Texas Roadhouse with a coupon from the hotel and received a discount on our meal! The continental breakfast was much better than any other hotel I've stayed at. We had a jacuzzi room. It was a wonderful experience. Will be back!

The room smelled bad. The carpet had a weird odor. The tub had mold or mildew around the bottom and it had some kind of mat over the bottom of the tub, it but it felt like the tub was going to fall through the floor. Just not up to date, very old

Location has restaurants near the hotel.

I request a crib in advance because I was traveling with 2 babies. They just told me in the moment I was there that they dont have any crib. Plus, my reservation it was in name of "Cada Casa", I do not know why. But I gave them the reservation number and ask them to fiz it. But they didn't. Now, I am receiving emails from Booking.com requesting a new payment for this reservation telling me I did not pay for it.

The hall and room carpet was dirty. There was a step ladder in the middle of the hall all weekend. Parking was sufficient, but maneuvering was tight.

I like the hotel.

They stole all my money. I already paid for the room on the booking.com but they said they wanted a card for incidentals. That it would be refunded in the morning. But they didn’t refund it right. They ended up charging me again. Then refunding it. Then charging it again. By the time they were finished I had been charged five times for the same room and all the transactions are left pending so I have no available balance in my bank account to rent another room tonight. So now I have to sleep in my car because they stole all my money.

The beds were comfortable and the A/C units work well

The toilets suck they take forever to flush, the area is not the best, some people in there looked like they were on drugs. We had to move rooms because the ceiling had a leak and in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The rooms don't smell very clean. The place needs a huge update and alot of maintenance, should be closed.

I didn’t like a lot of things and you can’t even contact the manager that they say is gonna be there for any problems. There was dog poop in the hallway. There was people fighting across the hall all night long there was hair in between my towels when I asked for fresh ones then I brought it to the front desk attention in the guy KB screamed at me and then the next day that he worked because I purchased another night because I’m in a bad situation and so is my health he had me kicked out and I didn’t even do anything wrong at first everything was great my first night there was amazing and their breakfast is out of this world
