There was no breakfast.

Too many people right by the front door smoking.

The price and the location. Very clean.

The beds were not comfortable

Cold water. They were having water heater issues all weekend. Also the room we booked w a king bed wasn’t available.

No hotel water both mornings. They do not have any type of breakfast. If you want an inexpensive place to stay with no extras, this is the place. Just shower at night when you have hot water because the next morning, you will be taking a cold shower.

Gorgeous exterior and lobby was clean and efficiently set up. Staff was incredibly accommodating giving us excellent recommendations for food and shortcuts to destinations.

I cannot say anything positive about this property or the experience we had. This is probably the worst hotel customer service I’ve ever encountered.

When we arrived at your hotel with our 4 year old son, there were homeless people loitering in the parking lot next to the entrance and when we entered the lobby, there were men sitting on storage tubs in the lobby watching us as we checked in. This encounter made us a little weary, but we checked in with a very unfriendly and unwelcoming evening front desk employee and received our room key. Once we arrived to our floor, we encountered a man in only his underwear walking by our room as we were entering and he and his female companion were arguing very loudly in the hallway directly next to our room.  This is not an environment we were comfortable staying in, especially with our toddler son.  We immediately called Booking.com customer service once in our room asking to cancel our reservation. They told us it could be 2 hours before hearing back from hotel management. We let them know how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt staying there for that amount of time waiting for a call back, as it was also late in the evening(past 10pm) The booking.com agent said they’d continue to attempt to get ahold of your hotel management. We told the we needed to leave for our family’s safety.  The booking agent didn’t reply again till the next day. Our issues were never resolved and a request for refund has been denied, again with rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Great location for traveling to Notre Dame. Good stay for price paid. Overall, staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Noisy streetside room. Not the most comfortable beds. No breakfast offered, but each room has a kitchenette with two burner cook top and full size fridge.
