In the process of moving to the area. The staff has been amazing and extremely helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Haven't had any noise issues. definitely feel safe here.

The property grounds are riddled with dog poop, the room was semi clean. The floor had sum minimal debris as well as the bathroom. The fridge was not cleaned out good. There were food particles still in it. The beds were made and they were comfortable, no bugs, and the air conditioner, tv, toilet, and shower worked very well. The guests services ppl were friendly, competent, and always ready to help with a smile.

It was a "motel" not a hotel. They did not have an elevator and because I "booked online" they were hard pressed to give me a room on the first floor even though my mother is 88 years old and can't do the stairs. The staff did do it, but only after I had to practically beg. The room was dusty and old. I looked for bed bugs because that was the vibe of the place. There was a dog barking in the room next door well into the early hours of the morning. There was no breakfast. They were near the highway and the shower was nice. Would not stay there ever again.

Room was not clean, floor had not been swept and bed had hairs on the sheets and crumbs on the bedspread. Room had a heavy odor of cigarette smoke, yet was listed as non-smoking room. I asked for a new room, but as told none were available. I asked for a refund but was told only the manager could provide that. I turned in the kids and left to find other lodging.

The hotel room was very dirty. The sheets were covered with black specs of dirt, the sheets had spots on them making us wonder if they were stained or left from the last guest. By walking barefoot on the floor, my perfectly clean feet turned black. The worst part was that the two carpets in the room had an overwhelming smell of dog urine. We were tired after attending the concert in South Bend so we went to bed, but because the room was so unpleasant with the very loud fridge and the strong smell of dog urine we got in the car at 4am and started the 8 hour drive back home. We had a much different plan in mind when we booked the stay. We understood it would be a budget accommodation but we didn’t realize that it would be so dirty.

Older property. Poorly maintained. Absolutely filthy. Should be bulldozed immediately. Spider webs, mold, dirty and absurdly smelly. They claim to be 100% non-smoking, but our room had an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke. Asked to switch rooms and the second room was even worse. The fridge was broken and the lamp was shorted out. They allow dogs at the motel and i saw people letting their dog pee on a pad just inside their door. I stay in hotels at least 50 times a year and this was the grossest place I've stayed in years. The people that are rating this property as clean most live in a trash dumpster. My wife and I are now calling this hell hole the Ratz Carlton.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. I took pictures it was dirty, bugs, the circuit breaker tripped, minifridge was off the hinge. the walls were grimy

The bath mat was stained so I used a towel instead, when I picked it up the floor was so dirty my footprint was embedded in the towel in dirt on the back. The floor around the toilet was warped and worn. The shower was lukewarm even turned on straight hot.

The property was in a sketchy area, the hotel across the street clearly had people living there. The parking lot had a van that looked like someone was living in. We did not feel safe. There were no smoking signs everywhere, but cigarette butts were all over the ground. The room smelled of urine, stale cigarettes and must. The ceilings had dust and cobwebs all over. The walls had orange rust, dried looking drips from the red painted wall. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The comforter had a large, yellow spot. The picture online that I based my booking on completely misrepresented the actual room we received. I felt filthy. They should be ashamed of a facility like this.

The hotel staff were very kind. The rooms were normal, maybe smaller than typical. The rooms were clean overall but a little dusty in visible places. The beds were comfortable and while they were clean, there were quite a few stains on the comforter and sheets, nothing too bothersome for us but could be for others. Pillows were extremely flat and hard to lay on. Would probably stay again, was priced for the stays value as well as convenient and easy.

Our feet stuck to the floor it was so dirty. I wipe up some water that was on the floor and the towel was dark gray from the floor being so dirty. The beds were alright. You have to walk down to the office to get coffee every time. I never found the ice machine. The clerk was nice.
