Very unsatisfied.

Through pictures and outside the property looks nice and taken care of but unfortunately inside is a different story. The room smelled, it was humid, the sheets did not seem that they were 100% washed. There were cockroaches!!! I had to move my family to another hotel because it was so disgusting. The staff offered me another room but I could not have my children in such environment.

Don’t say you have a rooms with the king bed and then put me in a room with mold in it

It was in a good area

I ordered a room with a king bed as my husband has some disabilities when we got into the room. There was black mold all over the bathroom and the lighting was not that well. Also, they’re here and AC thing was pretty outdated so it didn’t work as well either.

Property was great nice view around . The gentleman in the front office is very nice

When we got to our room, it was not clean. It was dirty from the floor to the bed to the kitchen to the bathroom got into our second room and it was OK. Lots of flies in there spent 30 minutes trying to get rid of all the flies.

Excellent place - the best all around !

This is fantastic value for the price ! I had a huge room to myself, and all of the amenities except for the wifi were fantastic ! I will return, as this is a wonderful accommodation. The room was renovated in a most excellent way. 5 star motel ! It was most lovely !

The wifi, for want of a better word - sucked. I ended up using my hot spot on my phone. Also, I prefer a bathtub, but the shower was excellent. That is just a personal preference of mine, as most people like showers over baths.

It was a little gem. It was a big room with big window. It had a fire pit and seating area with lights. It was hands down the best hotel id ever stayed in.

It was my husband and I and we only got one key. And that key had to be programmed again

Loved the separate room. It was a handicapped room and was separated from the other rooms so it was nice and quiet.

It is situated off of the highway and down in s little canyon. We missed it the first time around because you couldn't see it from the highway.

Worst 2 day stay ever!

Actually, I didn't even think it was worth a rating of 2! I change that rating to a 1! The downstairs room they had me booked in was so dirty, the loveseat was extremely stained and the twin bed inside of it was even worse! A used tissue even fell out when I pulled it out! There was tape around the opening to the adjoining room, why? My friend used the microwave and it blew the breaker! They finally gave us a different room that was much smaller and up stairs (I had a downstairs room because I don't do well with stairs)! The smaller upstairs room had no bath tub, so the staff said they would provide a shower chair which they never did! Not to mention the roaches that not only crawled on my friend, but also made it into the rental car! Yuck! The only good thing about this stay, was the breakfast!

I felt the floor could have been swept better. Shower head could not be move or it squirted like a fountain over shower curtain into the sink and onto the mirror. There were not enough accessible power outlets for chargers and iron.

Room was spacey, 3 queen beds

Room stank of old carpets, old furniture, bathroom bathtub needs to be changed for its mold and overuse stains, air conditioning of breakfast building in front of room is very noisy and disturbing . Breakfast room not inviting at all, we preferred to skip breakfast.

The bathroom mirror light was poor for putting on makeup, The toilet was to close to the ground for us older folks. There was no bar soap for washing hands. Access to the property was very poorly marked. The bananas at breakfast were super green.

Not a good experience for us unfortunately

We liked the little park we liked all the white Tivoli lights that Lit the driveway the gentleman at the desk was very nice. The bathroom was very clean the towels were nice the beds were comfortable it would have been nicer if they had carpeting however I know that they allow dogs in the rooms which we did not have our dogs. The location was very good for where we needed to go. There was lots of room and the TV was nice.

The furniture smelled like wet dogs we got flea bites there was garbage in the front yard there was two people that lived permanently on either side of the Bungalow which had children that were a little noisy in the morning however the neighbors were very nice. The kitchen didn't have any paper towels or a washcloth or dish soap there was two coffee cups and a microwave oven that was cleaned but the stove was horrendous it had been used so many times that it was a black and the metal was peeled off and there was food that was still left inside the burners and it was absolutely disgusting and if you're going to rent to people you should throw that stove away!!! There was paint drops still on the bathtub from when they painted the walls so I did them a favor and took the paint off the bathtub. A few pictures on the wall would be nice and a full length mirror somewhere. We had to leave a day early anyway because I was very ill and sick to my stomach so we only stayed there one night thank God.

it was noisy at night, room above had thumping around from 10 pm to midnight, room next door had music and loud conversation until after midnight. I called and music stopped at 11:30 but the kept talking very loud until after midnight. The desk chair was broken, not enough light by couch to do paper work in evening.

Filthy with Rat droppings on the floor and in the sofa bed shower is broken and bathroom was disgusting . Got in late and didn’t realize the full condition of the room until the next morning was supposed to stay 2 nights . Canceled the reservation and was still charged after being assured that we would not be . Horrible place please do not stay here

This was our second time staying and we are making it an annual trip! We love the owners/operators and the service. The cottages are big with full kitchens and patios. The pool was great!

The location and setting was ok.

There was smeared feces by our front door and then we found more on our bathroom door and bathroom wall. Our toilet bowl (inside )was dirty with feces. I notified the owner/ manager and nothing was done. We check out several days later and the poop was still on the wall outside the door. Ididn't take any photos because first it would be disgusting to take photos of feces. We just made sure not to touch the bathroom door. The upstairs neighbors made noises all night and early morning.

Older motel with two floors that could use an update but it was clean if not perfect.

Easy to find and park. Helpful friendly staff. Price was right.

Bed was comfortable but the blankets were kind of light. There was an issue with the bathroom sink - looked like it backed up at some point after the room was cleaned. They cleaned it but it backed up again and was dirty in the morning when I woke up.
