The TV wouldn't work at first due to last tenant's mischief. There was no coffee pot for the available coffee. There were numerous holes in the walls in the bathroom. There was no door seal at the entrance room door - gaps could be seen allowing warm air to escape resulting in the heater to remain on all night.

Room wasn't very clean, except for the bedding which was fine. Breakfast was ok, very basic...cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles. Parking was fine.

Overall Room was clean bathroom tub had surface peeling, flaking off. Bed was not comfortable. It had a pit and bed was too soft and noisy. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

The room was clean enough but there were a few dust bunnies left on the floor. There were also small ants in the room. There was a body soap dispenser but it was by the sink not in the shower. No Kleenex, and had to go to the office for more TP. The TV was difficult, had to push buttons 6 times in the correct order to get it to turn on. Outside carpet on stairs and in front of rooms was dirty,with sunflower hulls and cigarette butts laying around. I would not use the ice machine, it was not pristine and there was garbage behind it. Complimentary "breakfast" had no protein, small muffins and green bananas, one morning was enough. Will not stay there again.

The bathroom was dirty. The mirror was dirty. There was hair dye stuff under the sink in the bathroom. The prior people must have dyed their hair and left the dye out. The walls in the bathroom were splattered with some red stuff. (Looked like sweet and sour sauce) The floor next to the night stands were dirty and there was so much dirt and leaves. It definitely wasn’t cleaned at all. Very disappointed

Very musky smell to the room. Wall outlet no cover on it. I heard chewing in the wall in the morning. Mice were seen in the breakfast area in the lobby. Underneath the food table there was a large rat hole in the wall. When it was pointed out management was not surprised. 2 of my sons slept on the pullout bed in the room. They both got pinkeye.

The place right off the freeway so easy access. Probably great for jackson rwncheria customers. We were going to caves during our stsy so it was within 40 min. Of all our destinations in the foothills.. check in went super fast. Manager was veey nice. The room was solid, the air conditioner wouldnt come on early morning, and the shower was small. The bed sheets seemed a little warn, wirh some, old slight stains, felt like not unclean, just sheets getting a lil old. Overall for the price, the breakfast with fresh waffle maker and coffee, is a very solid value..

Bed linens had multiple long dark hairs on the sheets. Pillowcases we’re yellowed. Door lock was not a secure deadbolt. I did not stay overnight. I rebooked else where.

Could see the Independence Day Fireworks at the entrance! Did not need to get in the car and fight the crowds. Rooms are nice and modern. Bathroom is awesome with great lighting.

The property was cute. Nice and relaxing. What I did not like was I booked an accessible room and was not given one. My mom is wheelchair bound. The man lied and said he was not notified. When I showed him my booking he still stated he never received that information. I booked that room specifically. The next day nobody answered to exchange our room. The last day/night I called and asked for an accessible room and it was given to us. It should have been already ready for my mom since that’s what I paid for. The man was rude about it. There’s a high step that a wheelchair could not get up into the room. He had a man made ramp that he told my mom to use which did not look safe at all. Luckily it kept her safe to go into her room with her power wheelchair. I wish they were more ADA friendly.

Absolutely so accommodating. I was pushed to an earlier flight. They agreed to early check in without even a question. Found me a quiet room so I could nap before the event. The staff saw me outside and immediately requested to assist me with anything. Would go again without hesitation

Pictures are deceptive-you have to tribe down a very steep driveway to the bottom of the hotel. It is very worn and needs interior painting. The floors have been updated, but there was a lot of war and was not very enjoyable.

We lived in the area when the hotel was brand new. Now, 50y later, it is still cosy and comfortable. The owners are tastefully & thoughtfully remodeling the rooms. Our room was very nicely modernized. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the reasonable cost, especially since we had been in large "chain" hotels in SoCal for an extended period of time.

Room had all new bathroom fixtures. Touch screen mirror, that defrost and makeup lighting. Everything worked just fine for the price. Shower was new and nice. New roofing, solar and room was a really nice, vaulted celling and freshly painted. Dog friendly too.

My sister and I arrived at roughly 4am after driving close to 16 hours. The man who answered the door was extremely friendly despite the time of night/morning, and even gave us a small gift bag with sodas, waters, and packaged toothbrushes and razors. The beds were extremely comfortable and the area was quiet, and there was plenty of parking. That being said…the cleanliness was questionable. We found hairs and specks of dirt/lint between the sheets but chalked it up to transference from making the bed (hopefully), there were a lot of stains on the carpet that were slightly sticky, there was mold/mildew in the shower, and some stains on the bathroom walls. However, my sister and I felt safe as two young women traveling alone and that’s what mattered most to us.
