A warm and cozy place right near the heart of town.

Warm and comfy, like stepping back in time. The host is warm and accommodating, giving the place that special something. We also looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the conversation. Will be back for sure!

A great place to stay!

Very nice, friendly, and helpful owner! We only stayed one night but two would have given us more time to explore the area and town of Sonora. The house is beautiful and clean. We were served a wonderful breakfast! I am a lover of antiques and vintage style so this was a fun place to be able to enjoy for the night. We had everything we needed!

It’s an old house so keep in mind that everything is not new and updated. But it’s clean and comfy!

such a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. breakfast was so tasty and the coffee was great. the location can’t be near relative to Main Street. very comfortable beds. our favorite though was getting to know the owner, Sandy, and other guests.

Location of this craftsman style house was a 5 minute walk to the main street and shops and restaurants. The owner and host Sandy was sweet and super helpful. She packed me a to go breakfast when i couldn't be there for the morning breakfast.

A bit quieter air conditioner perhaps. But given it was a wall model it was pretty good.

the rooms were well appointed and beautiful. there were comfortable places, inside and out to relax and enjoy this peaceful and beautiful inn. The morning breakfast was delightful, delicious, and huge. you can forget about needing lunch.

The property was beautiful.... very comfortable and inviting. The location was great.. you could easily walk downtown. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner was delightful! We really enjoyed our stay.

Warm and welcoming home away from home with great attention to details in central location.

Very welcoming and comfortable inn, beautifully furnished. Clawfoot bathtub and fireplace. Excellent breakfast. The owner was very helpful with information.

The propane fireplace is a bit noisy at night, and it was a cold night.

Charming place to stay the night for a little weekend getaway to Amador county.

The location is excellent, right down the street from all the restaurants, theaters, etc on Main Street. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to sit and chat with the other guests and owner during breakfast. The bedroom (Sophia) was lovely, with a gas fireplace for warmth and a nice full private bathroom.

The bed is unfortunately more firm than we prefer and all the pillows are feather so they're mushy. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to outside noise, you can hear all the things happening around your room - people coming in the front door, walking up the stairs, chatting on the porch, etc - and just know that any of your noise is also likely heard in the other rooms. (wink wink nudge nudge) But! Regardless of these things we will absolutely stay here again when in the area and now we know to bring our own pillows from home and earplugs!
