I booked a honeymoon suite as described on hotels.com with a king bed. I was assigned a family suite with a queen bed. The window shade facing the parking lot was stuck open. The other shades did not work properly. The phone did not work.

Room and staff were great. However online they advertised EV charging station, restaurant, and cocktail lounge,,, NONE OF THAT WAS TRUE !!! The staff apologized for the misinformation but come on, DONT LIE!’

Property is modern, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Major defect: Impossible to read in room because of lack of lighting. Walking to downtown Sutter Creek is ify because of lack of sidewalks.

too noisy for us. Seems like every time we go there ,some one has to be loud. we like the pet policy but just cant take the people who stay there. Sutter Creek is really close and a nice little town to visit. Easy to walk to. Walking through the back streets is fun. So Quaint. Good restaurant called Carvana. Pizza place is good, Gold Dust.

If you book Theo Expedia they don’t tell you that you have to pay $150 incidental fee that they hold for 5-7 business days. Because I am a budget traveler I did not plan for that. The front desk guy failed to explain the charge and I ended up being told that because I didn’t have the 150$ for them to hold that the police would be called if anything happened with the room. I would never stay here again. Communication sucked and the breakfast was a joke. You’d be better off staying at the quality inn

I stayed at this location in 2019 and it has been dramatically updated since then. The entire property is different. The rooms are modern, roomy and clean. Internet speed is excellent. The parking lot is large and it’s a short walk to downtown Sutter Creek for restaurants. Would stay here again!

This was a nice newer hotel with good sized room and comfortable beds. There was plenty of parking, and the staff were all friendly and easygoing. Our room was well appointed (we had a suite). My only complaints would be the couch wasn't very comfortable (admittedly it is a hideaway) and the walls did seem kinda thin. Still, it was a really nice hotel to stay at in order to visit Sutter Creek.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean with daily servicing. Adequate amenities. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the blackout curtains. There was a noisy party that could be heard until midnight. Hotel is in a pleasant setting close to downtown shops and restaurants.

We were charged a 250 dollar fee after we left for our pet that they said we "snuck in". We liteerlly had the pet with uals when we checked in, they said they were pet friendly, and never asked us to sign any paper work or pay a pet deposit. Their staff even pet our dog, and said hiw cute she was. But they waited until after we left, and charged us 250 dollars for the "undelcared" pet. What a joke.

They refused to give me the suite I reserved through Expedia. They said because I had reserved through a third party they couldn’t do anything about it and gave me a standard room at the price of the upgraded suite. I tried talking to a manager but she refused to talk to me same with the hotel owner. I showed them my receipt from Expedia clearly showing the reservation was for a suite but they didn’t accept it and said I had to pay them more money to get the suite.
