There was no furniture to sit on in the room except for the bed and desk chair. They said an inspector for holiday inn had it removed because it didn’t meet standards. But, they didn’t replace it because they are going to remodel the rooms in the future.

They were clearly not happy. We booked with Expedia. Bed was very uncomfortable, air conditioner was noisy all night long. Could not get the room dark enough to sleep. Check-in was too late in the day.

Fridge was dirty. I had to clean it. Morning front desk clerk was wonderful. Daytime clerks were nasty and not telling the truth. Graveyard front desk clerk was helpful. On the 5 star side it was very quiet. Avoid the breakfast.

Smelled like burnt spaghettios. Front office gave me some spray to put in the carpet myself. Didn’t fix anything. Ants in one of the beds. Tv didn’t work until my husband was plugged the wires in the right spot. Tub was clogged. My husband pulled out a giant hairball. Disgusting.

Everything was good. Breakfast was better than we thought it would be. If we had one complaint, it would be that the “suites” are not suites in our opinion. When it’s advertised as “separate bedroom” we felt that description implied more than what it actually was, which to us, it was just a deluxe King size room, not “suite” or “separate”. Would definitely stay here again though.

All I can say is wow this hotel really impressed us. My family and I came up for the evening and let me tell you we usually stay at different hotels near the area in Jackson so this was our first time staying here so we wasn't for sure how it was going to be but let me tell you the moment we walked in it was nice and clean the front desk lady was very helpful and welcoming. It was a very easy check in and whenever we got to our room it was very nice and really clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was really quiet there at night I can say I got the best sleep I had in a long time. We got up in the morning and went down to have breakfast which could have been better but it was good enough for my family. Thank you so much to the lady that helped us at the front desk you are very nice and welcoming and from now on when we come back to Jackson to visit we will be staying here for sure

Friendly staff esp breakfast server. Suggest several water bottles left for convenience of next guests. Bed is very comfortable. Appreciate their use of fitted sheets unlike other hotels. Heater extremely loud making it harder to sleep.

The staff were great and room was clean. However, my room had a few issues. The blackout curtains are just aesthetic and don’t close. There was a parking lot light that beamed into my face all night long from the window and I hardly slept. Next, there was supposed to be a lounge chair with the computer table but the chair was missing. The computer table does not fit over the bed. TV does not have streaming apps and there are no USB plugins, fyi.

Decent hotel, very friendly staff. I asked for a step in shower with no tub, I was given a wheelchair accessible room, but it had a tub. Strange set up for handicapped room. This also left me with virtually no counter space. Very thin towels, torn shower curtain. Mattress was very hard, but I would have been able to sleep ok if person next door didn’t have tv on full blast past 1am. Asked front desk to at least call them to ask for them to lower volume, but that didn’t happen. On a positive note, close to downtown. Prices are getting higher each time I stay here, I’m not sure the price is worth it overall.

So my brother and I had planned on staying in Oakhurst at the Best Western Yosemite Gateway. but after the front desk folks were way too excited to tell me they were full, we decided to continue on our journey north. We found this lil gem of a spot and it made our night! The staff was super friendly, they had biscuits n gravy as part of the included breakfast (!!), and the room was clean and stocked. The next time we're passing through, we'll definitely stay again. Thanks to the Universe, and Holiday Inn Express, for a wonderful night's stay.

I was unintentionally charged for my prepaid stay. The on-call manager did not respond to repeated calls or texts to help correct this issue . She finally contacted me six days later and I was reimbursed after one week . I am sure glad that there was no emergency involved !!!

Stayed in ADA room, however the roll-in shower needed a grab bar on the outside. I did not feel safe exiting shower. We appreciated the fact that we could access our room from the outside, but there were 2 very dangerous steps and ramp access was to far away. It was extremely painful getting up the steps, but it was still preferable to the long painful walk.

I do not think this hotel is worth what they charge per stay. The hotel itself is run down and in need of a face lift. Breakfast was good and the service there was great. We booked through Hotels.com and were charged more than what Hotels said the price would be. My wife questioned the higher price and was somewhat challenged by the employee at the desk. She was not a happy employee and accused my wife of yelling at her when she was the one yelling.
