Breakfast was kind of generic and really didn't taste very goo especially the sausage patties

The shower was not plumed correctly so when showering it flooded the bathroom

The breakfast was worth having. The seasoned potatoes and eggs were good! They had a variety of items and staff were in the breakfast room to make sure the food was stocked.

Breakfast was decent Pillows were flat and uncomfortable Cleanliness was good The room was infested with cockroaches from big to tiny all over the place I should have said something to the staff but if it’s like that in one room it’s likely throughout the whole property and that alone will be enough to keep me from going back nor will I recommend the facility to anyone It left a bad taste in my mouth and as much as I like the location I will likely go to days inn on my next trip Not sure if tenting is going to be the best option but something definitely needs to happen to room 109 I stayed there 3 days and ate the breakfast provided but the question is if it’s that bad in the room I stayed in that’s right next to the kitchen/breakfast area I’m sure there’s some in there as well I didn’t make a scene about it but definitely a total turn off for a returning visit

The cockroach infestation was more than discussing with the amount of cockroaches from big to tiny meaning that they are breeding and spreading

It started out rough on the first night, but got better for the next 3.

Good location. Liked being able to exit on foot to Broadway & right into Main Street. Convenient to shopping, dining, and to easily visit our family in Sutter Creek with a short drive.

Showing it’s age with noticeable wear & tear in public areas and in our room. Requested a move from our first assigned room after one night as the sliding glass patio door had leaked enough water long enough into the carpet & pad that it was both soaked and smelled musty. Work crew guests sharing rooms adjacent to our first assigned room were pretty noisy talking & moving in & out of their rooms throughout the evening, mostly died down by 10PM. Nothing outrageous or wrong, just very active & at times pretty noisy. We were happy to be moved the next AM to a room in better condition in a much quieter building. We were disappointed that the Denny’s restaurant had closed.

Omg! I fell in love with this place!!

The staff are amazing, it was clean, comfortable, and it was very easy to make it feel like home! The breakfast is a "real" breakfast and the food is great!

Only 1 thing I had found could be improved. They need some roll-away beds.. however, we found this out before the stay so we just brought our air mattress with us :) no biggie really..

The location was great for our needs. The breakfasts were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was green. The security doors on either end of the building, which should require room cards to open, wouldn’t shut all the way. The ice machine in our building was brand new—brand new, as in still wrapped in plastic and unusable (I had to go to the furthest building to get ice). We were there for five nights and by the third night the room was starting to smell musty. The pillows were small and lumpy. They ran out of eggs at the last two breakfasts.

Light brownish in color. We had an event there over the weekend and came to the room around 1030pm. The entire hallway smelled & reeked of weed, the room smelled of cigarettes and weed. I'm very allergic to smoke. I told the frint desk but said they couldn't do anything. My family had room 245 and the frint door lock didn't work, the stove didn't work.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows, sheets and linen were very clean. The bathroom and towels were clean. The front staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast had a decent selection of items- good coffee.

There was not enough room in the breakfast area. The seats were too crowded.

A bad situation brought me there and these ‘complications’ didn’t help matters!

Breakfast was great… staff manning it was great!

When I went to take a shower the floor in the HANICAPPED bathroom flooded 3/4 of the way AFTER I got in and got wet and discovered there was NO soap or shampoo in the dispensers! 😡 I had to wait for the only staff(William) to bring me, soap and shampoo, towels for ME to dry the floor so I wouldn’t FALL. Water in stationary shower TOO HOT scalding my breast! Went to make coffee day 3 and realized I plugged in first thinking there was an on/off switch. INSTEAD coffee poured out… should only have been WATER… room was NOT CLEANED OR PROPERLY PREPPED PRIOR TO MY STAY. William stated I had to wait until Mon to talk to ‘management’… who was totally disinterested in what I NEEDED to show her regarding the floor flood from UNDER THE FLOOR OR SHOWER PAN.🤷She was upset I made a bad review!
