Minimal of conveniences. Clean warm!

Location put me close to where I wanted to be and close to the airport. It was a large room.

As basic as basic can be. Large room with kitchenette, no a cup, glass fork or knife! Said room for 4 persons. I was solo. The foldout couch was labeled broken. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar or muffin (Marginal).

Nasty bathroom

I liked the price and the staff were very nice.

The hotel room bathroom was dirty and the tub didnt have a stopper to take a bath. Also, I asked for them to bring someone to clean it and they still left it dirty. The water was not hot either.

Horrendous…

Nothing… I only stayed because the hotel originally booked cancelled my reservation. This was the only hotel the was available.

When I entered the hotel I noticed the 2 doors were not very good. After check in I headed to my room. The 1st floor hallway looked crazy, trash all down the hall, carpet is beyond saving just horrible. Elevator stunk horribly. The 1st room I was put in was disgusting. When I walked in all I smelled was what smelled like a dirty gym locker, the kitchen has black greasy hand prints all over everything, microwave had food in it, the bathroom was gross, Toilet had urine all over the seat and base, the bathtub was visibly dirty with foot prints the carpet was black and curtains had white chalky stuff on it, TV was hanging on by a string. I switched rooms and the 2nd was not much better. Never again…

Good value for the occasion

It was fine,clean,front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.Free coffee was delicious.We went to Morgan Wallen concert,so for the price of this room as compared to some of the others it was a good value.

It was ok. Served the purpose of needing bed for flight layover. Wouldn't stay for extended period.

Bathroom was decent and spacious, room was spacious, bedding was clean.

Bed was thin and uncomfortable, room and hallways smelled musty, tv was out dated and tiny, had to have volume set to almost 50 to hear it from the bed.

Convenient and close to restaurants

The breakfast was a joke. Instant oatmeal and coffee, really?! I could have got a better breakfast with the same type of room at another hotel down the street for about the same price. Dont advertise breakfast when there isn’t one. You are basically lying to get people to book with you for nothing. I won’t be coming back.

Never again

Staff were great, but other than that, absolutely nothing. I actually almost slept in my vehicle. I travel a lot for work, and I can comfortably say I 100% will NEVER stay here again

1 - Hallways smelled horrible. 2 - Smelled like someone period in my bedroom, and it was unbelievably strong. 3 - Light fixture in front of my room was literally held up with a shower rod. 4 - Bathroom towels were still damp and fluffed as if they were re-flolded and put back on the rack. 5 - First hotel I've ever been to that didn't have an ice mechine. 6 - This is a grab & go breakfast, not a hot breakfast for people who want to know. The list goes on!!!

Noise after quite time. Room didn't smell clean floors needed to be deep cleaned. So between the smell and the looks it made me question how clean it was!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, NOT an actual breakfast, overall disappointed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When I left something in the room and called to ask about it, they immediately located my item and brought it to the desk. They were cheerful and kind, knowledgeable and available.

The hotel was unclean in many areas. The front desk was covered in fingerprints, and our room had heavy dust and lint in the corners. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. All of these things were manageable, but we chose this hotel because it said free breakfast. There is NOT a breakfast. There was only a few granola bars, and oatmeal packets. There was to be coffee, but all was empty. We felt disappointed.

Good overnight on a long trip.

Close to airport; reliable but not exciting restaurants near by. We enjoyed the Olive Garden. The hotel caters to long term stays so there is kitchen in every apt which we didn't take advantage of.

Included breakfast is `take away': coffee and rolls. But fine at the price.

Coffee and muffins and the coffee ran out and was not replenished. Pitiful breakfast.

Room was cold, and crowded, no seating, staff was unresponsive. Couldn’t answer questions, unavailable. Always in another part of office on zoom.

Breakfast times and different types of breakfast could work and not the same things for complimentary breakfast.Maybe switch it up a bit. Also,the payment process for extended stay accommodations for monthly or more than 14 day stay individuals. This was not good you still need to pay for upfront week portions except for the month. This is not good for those who may use this accommodations for living and need this relocation for work if there employer is not helping with the accommodations.

Not exactly as described. No kitchen items came in the room. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and room was not exactly the cleanest. Soap account in shower and lots of hair not only there but toilet and sink as well as bed pillows.

Nice and clean.

Great location and clean hotel. We were offered dishes upon check in. Spacious room that allows you to spread out and relax.

Breakfast was a zippy bag with a muffin, oatmeal and granola bar. You could not chose flavor, just received whatever was in the bag. Lighting and outlets are dated. No fan in the restroom. Inner, entry door being repaired and worried a bit about safety. Only one trash can in the entire room. Key card didn't work the next day.

We liked the location.

The staff took awhile to let us check in. The first room smelled of cigarette and the other room of pot..I'm assuming the wait was for them to try an air out both rooms. No breakfast not even grab and go just coffee. No one at the front desk to check out.
