It's not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable on the inside. And the air conditioner in our room was the quietest hotel air conditioner we've ever heard, yet it still cooled nicely. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, and waffles.

I stayed here last night with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start on a positive note, the front desk staff were attentive — I called ahead to let them know I’d be arriving after midnight due to a flight delay, and when I arrived check-in was quick and smooth. However, the room itself was nothing like the pictures online. The floor was dirty and stained, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a used soap left behind and only one clean towel, despite the reservation being for four people. The mattress was so worn out that you sank into it, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the towels were thin and scratchy. What really concerned me most was the sense that the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. That’s unacceptable at any hotel. Overall, while the staff were polite and helpful at the desk, the condition and cleanliness of the room made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this location unless management makes serious improvements in housekeeping and maintenance.

The hotel depicted on the website did NOT look like the room that I stayed in. There was no place to hang clothes, the drapes were not hung properly, the toilet would not flush properly. The room was dark and dingy, not brightly lit and modern like the pictures on the website .

Not a good experience. Staff was friendly when they welcomed us. We had an issue with the door and she immediately helped us. One of the rooms didn't have toilet paper, the comforters had stains and next day there was not breakfast for us even though we arrived 15min before it ends. My family found a cockroaches in the bathroom.

The front desk attendant was really nice and efficient. The room however smelled of cigarette smoke, stain(number2) in toilet, toilet didn’t flush, shower leaked all night and thers black mold in the bathroom. This was absolutely the worst stay, I should have chosen better and looked at the reviews and not just the pictures on line. Great location with a nice selection of restaurants but this is definitely on my “never again” list

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay before an early flight out of Cleveland. We checked in late and left early, so we weren’t looking for luxury—just a place to sleep. This particular Quality Inn wasn’t the nicest one I’ve stayed at, but it also wasn’t the worst. The room was mostly clean and did the job for a short layover. I wouldn’t book it for a multi-day vacation, but for a quick airport stop, it was fine. If you just need a place to crash before catching a flight, this place works. Just keep your expectations in check.

Front desk was lovely. Our room that was assigned had the lock on the inside of the door stuck. Instead of switching us rooms right away we stood with our bags - hot and with kids - while they tried to unlock it for 20 minutes. I went and asked for a new room which was available pretty conveniently next door. The floors were filthy. I have never experienced black feet from a few minutes without shoes. We could not walk without filthy feet. The room was very humid and felt damp.

It was like he even knew how ridiculous it the jack up in price was because of a concert in Cleveland. Hotel was okay but nowhere I would want to stay again. Room was dirty, blanket had a stain, there was a child’s toothbrush just on the floor. Microwave wasn’t and couldn’t be plugged in where they put it. Fridge was iced over and barely worked. Beds were soft. Shower didn’t stay warm, you couldn’t use the bath at all. Toilet had a strong flow. Breakfast was okay. Warm food was a nice surprise. Orange juice was foul.

Checked in with very kind person at the counter, unfortunately from there it went downhill. First room key would not work, went bak to the office got another room, opened door and the room had not been cleaned from previous occupant. Third room ok, but wow would not stay.. again or recommend. Breakfast next morning milk was sour and I don't know what the OJ was.
